Recommended to us by a friend that also had a great experience with Amanda, when we met Amanda a few months ago she explained the process of selling our home and buying a new one - and patiently answered the many questions we had. Amanda immediately arranged everything needed to get the process going, from helping us get set up with an amazing mortgage broker, to having a great photographer come to our house to take pictures so it was ready to list as soon as we found a home and were ready, like we wanted. We looked at several houses, all of which she booked showings for within a day of us asking to see them, and willingly worked around our work schedules to get us in. At every showing, she presented us with all of the information she had from her own research, in addition to what was provided by the listing agent, as well as answers to any prior questions we had. She was patient as we looked around every house, and pointed out different things we may not have noticed or thought of as we considered each place. Once we found our dream home, Amanda put in late nights preparing documentation and contracts to ensure everything we needed was where it needed to be in a timely manner. She communicated with us throughout the entire process, making sure we were updated with any information she had, and helping us through next steps and expectations. When it was time to list our house, which she helped us decide the best time to do so based on our needs, she did what worked best for us, again throughout the whole process. She helped us decide on a list price based on what would help us get the most buyers through the door, held an open house, and helped us analyze our multiple over-asking offers to ensure we were going with the best overall offer for us. Again, throughout this entire process, she continued to keep us updated and communicated with us constantly. She is organized, thorough, and timely. She responds any time of day or night, weekend or weekday. She is patient, knowledgeable, and honest. While she says, "it's part of the job," there are several things she did throughout both our home buying and selling process that we know were above and beyond what most agents would do. Amanda is clear and lays out all options, explaining perks and downfalls of everything to help you clearly understand. She shares her professional opinion but is patient and respects the decisions you make in the end. Amanda is professional and easy to work with. She is genuine and truly cares about making her clients happy. Should we decide to move many years from now, we will 100% be reaching out to Amanda again.
