During this trying time for sellers Alyssa came up with multiple ways to promote and get my house seen. This resulted in a contract from an open house. 5 Stars is not nearly enough to give for the work that Alyssa did for me in selling my condo and finding me a new place to live in Southern Colorado.I don't really know where to start--She really knows what she is doing, gives great suggestions, communicates very well--and she has a team that can't be beat. There were a few bumps along the road in the process, but she managed to keep things smooth and work out any kinks. She put in lots of miles and hours on my behalf. And we had a few good laughs along the way. If you are looking for an agent who will help you every step of the way, you should give her a call. She's a real gem.

As a first time home buyer, I was incredibly thankful to have Alyssa by my side every step of the way. Alyssa was there whenever needed to answer any question. If she didn't know the answer she would find out and respond back in a timely manner. Truly a joy to work with. Working with Alyssa was more than fantastic, to put it lightly. She helped us sell our house in one of the worst seller’s markets ever, when we really needed to move.
