Up until today, I would have given AGR a five star review. However, our recycling was not picked up two weeks ago and because we're on a two week schedule, our cardboard and other recycling was overflowing. The reason for only three stars is because when I called Cliff to make sure our account would be credited for the missed pickup, rather than taking care of the issue, he was argumentative and implied that because they picked up today, on the regular schedule, that there should be no reason to credit my account. After a few exchanges back and forth, he finally agreed to credit our account. I was a big fan of AGR, but not anymore. I'm very disappointed in how this was handled.
