We provide a full scope of design services for both residential and commercial projects. We have worked on many project types including renovations, new construction, historic preservation, adaptive reuse, art galleries, hospitality, restaurants and more. We have been committed to green building for over 35 years and it continues to be a value at the core of every project. We recognize that our buildings have a lasting impact on the landscape around us, our personal health and the well-being of our community as a whole. Osgood Landscape Architecture has collaborated with Altura Architects on many projects and is always impressed with their high level of communication, creativity, and attention to detail. From start to finish, Altura is upfront about budget, and client expectations, and is willing to adapt to pricing changes and client needs. Their commitment to environmental sustainability is always present and their timeless aesthetic and design approach creates spaces that consistently impress and inspire us.

Altura Architects helped me personally with our home design and we are forever in their debt. The owners Nathan and Duncan are pillars in the Asheville community and have created a firm with a wonderful culture. All of their staff approach each design with creativity and professional care, working with them is a joy. I would recommend anyone in need of design and looking to create a home that is beautifully modern with traditional roots to look at the homes that Altura has designed.
