Was there for 2 weeks was told the aircon was £50 pound per week bit once we got there at 2, 3 in the morning from £50 to £70 pound some we said no. One of the staff took it personally. So the boys in hotle charge us more for water juice and beer but the women charge us for the right amount the manger really need to speak to his male staff cause they are not very welcomed the first hotle to not welcome me or help me witj ma bags all the years I've traveled give it a miss bit the mailds and the women at the bar giving us drink food us the reason I stayed .

Excellent Stay at Altinersan Hotel – Highly Recommended We had a fantastic stay at Altinersan Hotel in Altinkum, Didim. The hotel and rooms were absolutely spotless – everything was clean and well-maintained throughout. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which really made a difference. The location is perfect: just a one-minute walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet set in a lovely quiet area for a relaxing stay. It’s also in a great spot if you want to explore further towards Didim, where you’ll find even more shops and bars. Highly recommend Altinersan Hotel for anyone visiting Altinkum – great value, great location, and a warm, friendly atmosphere.

What a gem of a place. 5 mins from the beach, shopping and bars. Great pool area. Friendly staff. Bonus to find a kettle and "silent" fridge in the room. Clean and tidy rooms. Had no issues whilst staying there. I've stayed at 4 different hotels in Altinkum, this is the only one I would go back to. Ticked all the boxes for me.

Great hotel in a really good, central location. The staff are all very helpful. The rooms are clean but could do with updating (mismatched curtains etc) the air con is very good and a must in the hotter months. The rooms have a small fridge, kettle, small TV and hairdryer. I would definitely stay here again

Very clean with pleasant outdoor seating for drinks etc. Pool with steps in which helps people with reduced mobility. There are a few steps here and there and lift quite small but friendly, clean hotel. Good location near beach. Would book again.

This is an excellent 3 star hotel where the staff are so friendly & helpful. The rooms are quite basic but very clean with daily maid service & towel change. Breakfast is Turkish style which I love but a cooked English breakfast is available for a charge of £5
