Altair Tech Ridge

Here’s the thing. When this complex first opened a few years back, things were great. Now, I can’t give an honest review and tell you that’s the case now. Be prepared for your hot water to go out once a week if not more. They constantly have to wait on the boilers. The trash “valet” service that you are required to pay for is spotty at best. Take a walk around the property at night and you will find apartments with mattresses only inside packed with 7-10 people.. how is this even possible? The gym is decent, the pool is pretty nice but beware they allow people to host parties late into the night as if there is some family reunion constantly happening. This is just my honest opinion. The office ladies are super nice.. they truly are.

Baily is a vibrant gem, full of life, and genuine in her mannerisms, her personality is warm and her kind and caring heart is an incredible breath of fresh air! She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating and kind. We look forward to residing here. Baily, your pawsome! So says the Veteran Service pups. The staff is incredibly attentive and kind. I felt very seen and supported through out the application process. The floor plans are spacious and they have a ton of options to fit your needs. Great amenities, including gym, pool, and corn hole! Bailey was a great pleasure to work with. I recommend Altair Tech Ridge!

I recently toured Altair Tech Ridge and I was absolutely blown away by how beautiful the property is! From the well-maintained landscaping to the modern amenities, everything was immaculate and thoughtfully designed. The apartments themselves are spacious and filled with natural light, making them feel cozy and inviting. What really stood out, though, was the friendly and professional staff, especially Bailey!! They were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and making me feel right at home. If you’re looking for a place that offers both beauty and comfort, I highly recommend checking out Altair Tech Ridge!

Absolutely love, love, love this property. Adia, Dominique, Rose, and Jose are great. They make living at Altair stress free. My favorite features of the property are the pool, fire pit, and the boxing machine in the gym. I should like the stair master, but alas, it is my nemesis.

I am extremely happy with my new place. Quiet and up to date facilities AND a wonderful staff. I did have some typical lose ends I needed help with and still working on after I moved in a couple weeks ago, but this is a night and day difference from my previous living situation. I’m excited to utilize all the amenities and I cannot say enough how helpful/kind/reactive the office staff is! Bailey did a phenomenal job enticing me to move here. I like how tucked away this complex is and how courteous everyone is as well!

We were counting down the days for our lease to end! Originally we loved our 2 bedroom and chose Altair due to the additional space off of the kitchen for our dining room table. But boy did we make a mistake. Within a few months our car was wrongfully towed b/c I had a temporary tag on the car, but the vehicle was registered under a previous license plate. This wouldn’t happen if you registered vehicles by the VIN. Here were my other issues: the walls are paper thin to the point where you can hear your neighbors peeing in the bathroom. Water went out very frequently, pest control rarely came by, valet trash was hit or miss, not a safe area (there was a shootout at the Waffle House as I went out for a run), and there were consistently parties at the pool! They have pool rules in place, but no way of truly enforcing them. The courtesy patrol only comes out if you call them, and is just a check mark for the apartment complex to lower their insurance. Last, but certainly not least! We have an ESA animal and were still charged for pet related cleaning. We understand that landlords can charge for damages, but there were no damages associated with our ESA. Apparently with any pet they are going to charge you for pet treatment regardless of whether your apartment is clean or not, so goodluck getting any kind of deposit back. We left our apartment cleaner than the condition we received it, and we’ll definitely be notifying the FHA of the wrongful charges! Pictures are of insects coming through the walls and the infestation we had, despite us consistently cleaning every day!

We are in love with our appartment at ATR. Its contemporary and spacious and comes with awesome amenities. Location is very convinient and staff is friendly and accomodating.

Moved here about 3 weeks ago and have absolutely loved this place! We had a couple of issues with maintenance but they were really fast and helpful with it! The walls are thin but that really isn't the management fault, they tried their best to keep everyone in check, its nice to have a management that cares about their residents. There were always people out partying after hours in the pool but again its not really the management's fault if people decide to go against the rules. If you want to lease here and dont want to hear the party going on then try to find unit far away from the pool. Overall a nice living experience here and people in the leasing office have been so nice and helpful so far!
