Our Maytag clothes dryer stopped heating. I called Al’s on a Monday and explained the problem. He was able to stop by our place on Tuesday in the time window he gave. He quickly diagnosed the problem (bad heating element), said he could get the new part Wednesday. Before he left he was able to put in a temporary fix, and put the dryer back together before he left. We were able to use the dryer Tuesday and Wednesday. He returned Wednesday in the time window (1:00-3:00). He replace the part and was done and had the dryer working in less than an hour. I highly recommend Al’s Service: he know’s what he’s doing, he explained everything and identified the price breakdown before he left. The price was very reasonable. The next time we need an appliance repair we will call Al’s Service.

Mark came to my house to check out my fridge making noise. I was worried that I may need a new one but it was only 6 yrs old. He knew exactly what the problem was & took the time to explain it to me & fixed the problem. Will call Al's again if I need their services

Called at 8am about my washer and by 2pm it was up and running again. Fast, reliable and what I thought was a fair price.

Spoke with Mark on phone on freezer issue and he told me what he thought was the problem I did as he recommended and the issue was fixed, greatly appreciate his help, I will use them in the future for any appliance issues, highly recommend !!! Thanks again Mark !!!

Spoke in a very condescending manner to my husband on our initial call just to make an appointment. Won't be getting our business no matter how good his service & repair skills are.

I called and described the issue I was having with my refrigerator. I received great information and was very open and honest on what the likely issue was and associated costs with repair. In short, the best route was just looking at a new fridge. REALLY appreciated the honesty and information.

Called and spoke with Al. He told me the truth, the fridge had made it to its life expectancy and was not worth trying to repair. Saved me money on repair visit.
