Project Audits
Alpus Project Management will carry out the following activities as part of their Project Review and Audit Report:
1. A comprehensive review of all available project information, such as drawings and specifications, contracts that may be in place, programmes/time schedules, progress reports, minutes of meetings and key correspondence.
2. Prepare a concise report about their observations and findings on the basis of the information that has been presented to them.
3. Carry out a site visit to the project worksite and report on their findings and observations within their summary report.
4. Make recommendations to address any perceived shortcomings or problems or issues.
5. Include a clear action plan of next steps to address current issues as part of their recommendations.
