Our service provides for full administration of Contracts, and site supervision if required.
We recommend Design and Build contracts to be procured so as to protect you from claims and delays owing to late provision of design information.
Construction Management Services
Under this service arrangement, there is no Main Contractor, so we can arrange for direct appointment of trade contractors to carry out the necessary design and construction works.
