We recommend the most appropriate contract procurement strategy for the project in hand and safely manage the project through to timely completion, in accordance with the project budget and the required quality standards.
We ensure that all of the design and construction contracts include the appropriate obligations so as to achieve the Client´s aims and requirements.
Alpus makes the Client aware of all the major risks that are apparent at the initial assessment stage, and a suitable contingency sum is included in the Preliminary Budget to cover the risks and unknowns. We then update the budget and forecast out-turn costs at the end of every design stage, including re-appraising the risk and the programme time schedule, so that there is always awareness and visibility of the key critical performance indicators.
