I had a great experience with Alpine Towing & Recovery. They showed up in about 35 minutes, exactly as promised. The driver was professional, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what needed to be done. Everything was handled efficiently and with care, which made a stressful situation much easier. What impressed me even more was that this was on a weekend, yet the service was still prompt and reliable. If you need a towing company you can count on, I highly recommend Alpine Towing & Recovery.

Despite multiple requests for them to park somewhere else, Alpine continues parking the flatbed tow truck in our residential neighborhood. It is blocking line of sight for the intersection and is going to cause an accident. Plus, this is a residential area not a tow yard. A quality company would park at their own business in Portland rather than inconveniencing the neighborhood 30 minutes away from their business.

Ahmad was amazing and incredibly helpful. He kept me informed of all traffic problems. He was very friendly and professional. He is an expert in customer service.
