We were surprised at how quickly Shawn and Doug came out and replaced our 41 year old pump and pipe with new. Everyone was actually shocked at how long that pump lasted before it finally broke down. The guys did a fantastic job. And the water pressure is better than ever now! So happy!

Seems pump companies in Lane county need Customer service training. We first had issues with American Pump and Spa not returning calls. So we called Alpine. He came out twice, no charge. The last time he stated and we did need a new brine tank for the softener. But he was headed to Florida and would get back to us. That was in like late November, Dec. We have called the answering service twice for a return call. Nothing, nada a word. So we will move on and never recommend either company. How to loose business in a hurry. And thank God we didn't pay him a cent. Doesn't deserve it.
