As the photos indicate AlphaKleen didn’t do a very good job with cleaning my mattress. The mattress wasn’t very dirty to begin with, but nonetheless I was still able vacuum out a good amount of dust from the surface a few hours after they completed the job. The crew came at 9:45 and were finished about 20 minutes later. I expected more but all they really did was use a water vacuum to vacuum the mattress twice. Afterwards when they poured the used water down the toilet, the water splashed everywhere, so i had to clean the toilet afterwards myself. Overall AlphaKleen was professional, and when I WhatsApp’d them afterwards they offered to come down again, but I already completed re-vacuuming the mattress myself so it was unnecessary. When people engage in a cleaning service and set aside time in their day the expectation is that it will be done well the first time, especially if you are charging $130 for 15 minutes of work. I do see AlphaKleen can be helpful if you have a truly dirty mattress and want someone else to clean it and I do think they are an honest company. But i recommend customers check their work. For my case, I guess I was expecting a more thorough job.

Was trying to find a good company to wash my curtain as my curtain is hard to reach w my sofa getting into the way making it impossible to move the sofa away (sofa is super heavy need at least 2/3 man to carry). Compared a few company n finally intend to engage AlphaKleen Service. Without regret, my curtain did not wash for years, back part was all black. They came, managed to unhook my curtain, when is back hang it up is all clean n new! Very committed , responsible n professional company ! Thumb up 👍 Highly recommended ! Will engage them again for sure !

Second time engaging these guys. They did a great job cleaning my sofa, curtains and mattress and also wash my Beni ourain rug. The guys are professional and pleasant and they had 3 guys to do the job so it was speedy and they did a very thorough job. Very happy with their service! 5 stars to the team at alphakleen! They were very attentive to our needs and concerns especially when I have young ones at home. The team answered my queries with patience and dedication. They put in a great amount of effort and throughly clean my sofa, which was really stained, to now - squeaky clean. Long have I forgotten that the colour of my sofa was actually blue instead of grey! We never would have imagined that it could be done but they certainly made the impossible possible! My mattress was also meticulously cleaned by them and we feel more assured sleeping on our bed now. The team also went above and beyond with their excellent services and we can definitely see a lot of hard work being put in. We very much appreciate the effort given. Highly recommend them and would definitely be engaging them again!

Recently moved into a rented unit and engaged Alphakleen’s services to deepclean my bed mattress since i was having sinus problems. They were able to come at a short notice, the service was superb and all was done in an hour! Will definitely recommend for your deepcleaning needs and look forward to engaging them again.

I have used AlphaKleen’s services before to clean my mattress and they have always been good but today I would like to express my appreciation to KC and Sam for being so thorough and meticulous. I also prefer AlphaKleen’s disinfectant and fabric shampoo that has a fresh pine scent and not the cloying perfume scent that I find unappealing. I will continue to use their services and won’t hesitate to recommend them.
