My husband’s car had a tire blow out and Alpha Tow Service was right on time. Thank you sooo much for the tow service. The customer service rep was friendly and accommodating. In addition, the price was reasonable and the driver (Mustafa) was prompt. 🙏👍👏

This guy helped me out with a tow yesterday. When everyone else locally either wouldn't tow my car to PA or was charging an outrageous price, Alpha Towing was the only one who quoted me something that was both fair and affordable. As a great added bonus he was very pleasant and had a great personality. He gave me great customer service and even allowed me to pay him remotely - which was flexibility that I greatly appreciated. If I ever need my car towed again, I know exactly who I'm calling. Great guy.

My front tire blew after 8 pm, and roadside assistance arrived within 10 minutes and assured me they would be able to help. I already had a spare with me, which they were able to put in within another 10 minutes. They were also really nice, great service.

I have worked with this towing service more than once and their service is beyond expectations all the time. Don’t hesitate to reach out for their service and find out yourself. I have used car lockout and battery services so far and I have no complaints but only appreciation on how far they go to ensure that services are well delivered from the phone call to the actual services called for!
