This parking structure in Long Beach needed serious repairs after water damage led to spall damage along its perimeter. Poor drainage from the slab above caused water to pool and seep into the walls, corroding the rebar and compromising the structure.
To restore its integrity, we installed heavy shoring, removed the damaged concrete, replaced the deteriorated rebar with epoxy-coated rebar for long-term durability, and finished it up with shotcrete. Now, the structure is fully restored and built to withstand the elements for years to come.
