Coastal Deck Extension and Spall Repair.🏗️
Our team successfully completed a rear cantilevered deck extension that projected 4 feet beyond the existing structure and added approximately 400 square feet of new outdoor living space.
Alpha Structural also repaired concrete spalling on the existing waterfront supports by removing damaged concrete, sandblasting and epoxy coating rebar, and replacing compromised rim beams with marine rated lumber and Type 316 stainless hardware for coastal protection.
Engineered and executed to enhance structural safety durability and compliance.
