Alpha Structural Inc.
About
Alpha Structural has served Los Angeles since 1988 — over 35 years of foundation repair, hillside repair, retaining walls, drainage, and earthquake retrofitting across Eagle Rock, Highland Park, Mt. Washington, Glassell Park, Montecito Heights, Silver Lake, Echo Park, Los Feliz, Atwater Village, the Hollywood Hills, Bel Air, and Beverly Glen. Northeast LA's hillside neighborhoods sit on stratified shale and ancient slide deposits — the terrain that the City's Baseline Hillside Ordinance and Northeast Los Angeles Hillside Ordinance were written for. Over 15,000 assessments and 5,000+ repairs completed. The only LA contractor licensed to engineer AND build the repair in-house — one accountable team from assessment through final.

Erinn Rusnak came by to assess an issue. He was remarkably kind and knowledgeable. I have worked with many contractors and assessors and Erinn had a uniquely deep knowledge of what he was discussing. He had reviewed the job specs beforehand, and understood the project. He had experience beyond a normal assesor, as he told me he had worked as a foreman prior to this role and he had been with the company many years. He was proud of what he was doing and proud of his ability to solve problems efficiently. I felt uniquely wonderful energy and compassion from him and look forward to hopefully working with him and alpha structural.

I would seriously call in to question the morals of the individuals working for this company and their ethics, given the way they double park their personal and company vehicles all around the neighborhood. If they dont care about their neighbors, do you think they will care about doing your project correctly?
