I had the pleasure of having David Park of Alpha Structural as the engineer inspecting the property, and he was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, David demonstrated exceptional knowledge and professionalism. He explained everything in a way that was both technically accurate from an engineering/code perspective and easy to understand from a practical standpoint.
His thoroughness was impressive — he carefully inspected the property, identified all areas of safety concern, and took the time to ensure we understood the significance of each issue. Not only did he spot potential problems that might have been overlooked by others, but he also provided a clear and fair estimate for the necessary work.
David’s expertise, clarity, and genuine commitment to safety gave us complete confidence in the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of structural evaluation or repair.

The crew did a great job on my brace and bolt seismic retrofit. Also helpful in dealing with a recent moisture issue in the crawlspace. Brad is a great guy!
