Alpha General Construction

This promotion is offered exclusively by Alpha General Construction and applies only to qualifying kitchen and bathroom renovation projects. Clients who sign a new written contract with Alpha General Construction between September 10, 2025 and December 31, 2025, at 7:00 PM CST will receive 10% off the direct labor costs of the project, plus a free consultation and free 3D rendering to assist with project planning. Eligibility & Requirements: Minimum project value of $30,000 (combined labor and materials) is required to qualify. Labor portion must exceed $15,000. Discount applies only to direct labor performed by Alpha General Construction employees. Subcontractor fees, third-party specialists, or separate vendor labor do not qualify. Projects must be located within Midland–Odessa and surrounding West Texas areas. Offer valid only for new contracts. Existing contracts, add-ons, change orders, and previously signed agreements are excluded. Scope of Discount & Free Services: Discount applies strictly to Alpha General Construction labor rates. It does not apply to materials, appliances, fixtures, permits, deliveries, disposal fees, rentals, subcontracted work, or any other non-labor items. The free consultation and 3D rendering are provided solely for planning purposes. All renderings remain the property of Alpha General Construction and may not be used, reproduced, or shared with other contractors unless a contract is executed with Alpha. Consultation and rendering services are non-transferable and must be scheduled directly with our project manager. Warranty & Guarantee: All qualifying kitchen and bathroom renovation projects include Alpha General Construction’s 1-Year Limited Warranty, covering workmanship on flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, and general remodeling. Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, improper use, or damages caused by outside parties. For all waterproofed showers, Alpha General Construction provides a No Leak Shower Guarantee. If a properly waterproofed shower installed by Alpha experiences a leak due to workmanship error within the first year, Alpha will repair the issue at no cost to the client. Limitations & Conditions: Client must mention this promotion at the time of consultation and before contract signing to redeem. Retroactive application is not permitted. Promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, referral programs, or special pricing. If the client cancels or delays the project for more than 60 days for reasons not caused directly by Alpha General Construction, this promotion becomes void. Changes in project scope that alter the labor-to-materials ratio may affect eligibility. If the revised project does not meet the $30,000 minimum or $15,000 labor threshold, the discount is forfeited. Alpha General Construction reserves the right to decline projects that cannot be completed within code, safety, or contractual requirements. Disclaimer & Rights: Alpha General Construction is insured and bonded, carrying $2 million in liability coverage. This promotion is a courtesy offer and may be withdrawn or modified by Alpha General Construction at any time prior to contract signing. Alpha General Construction shall have sole discretion in interpreting these terms and determining eligibility. No verbal promises or representations outside of this written promotion shall apply. Promotion Deadline: This promotion is valid from September 10, 2025 through December 31, 2025, at 7:00 PM CST. Contracts signed after this deadline do not qualify, regardless of consultation or rendering dates.
