Alpha Commercial Doors Phoenix

Very poor customer service! I asked for a quote for a specific type of door with specifications. Called multiple times asking for an update and today, when I was trying to tell the attendant over the phone that I had requested an estimate almost a week ago, she tells me that they are too busy to give out quotes this fast and that I should go to another company. I hope the business owner reads this review so when their sales drop, which they eventually will, they should know why. I manage multiple businesses in the valley and I will make sure no one from my company calls this company for any service! Would give this company zero stars if I could!

I own a small business doing doors and glass and needed some product for a commercial application I was fortunate enough to get in contact with Alpha Commercial Doors; Jennifer and Jillian were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I greatly appreciate their help
