Car-Aid did an incredible job on my car, and what stood out most was that they didn’t overcharge me the way many mechanics do. Zo (sp?) was especially helpful. He explained exactly what my car needed without any pressure or scare tactics. He even prioritized the services for me upon my request so I could plan and budget, and bring my car back when it worked for me. Because of this level of honesty and care, Car-Aid will be my go-to shop moving forward. As long as my experience stays this consistent, they’ve earned a customer for life.

Very professional and friendly. Great customer service don’t try to bully you into getting your car fixed. Give you the estimate and explain it you, so you can make an informed decision. Love the text to let you know when your car is ready!
