Found Car Aid online, read their reviews, and I was impressed. In 24 hours my Jeep was ready. Make sure you check how long, I rented a car, and I never needed one. I had a great experience at Car-Aid. I was able to setup an appointment on my phone. I dropped my vehicle on a Wednesday and received a text the next morning with an estimate. I checked what I approved and the work began. My car was ready by Friday morning. My only issue was a dirty mechanic rag was left in my cup holder and the steering wheel was extremely dirty. It took several wipes to clean it. But overall great service. I love the technology!

Great service, love these guys. Been getting my cars serviced here for a few years now, recommended by a family member. They don’t overcharge, prices are reasonable. Only negative is I get my car back with a dirty steering wheel and gear shift every time. My hands end up looking like I worked on it myself after pick up lol.

My first experience with Car Aid was very good. They bought the previous owner and I was surprised about the take over. My concern about the new company was positively addressed with the completion of my oil change. I look forward to a favorable relationship with them.

My Mechanics disappeared off the face of the planet and I pull up and see these guys in their place. Of course i'm skeptical at first but Zo has provided me with exceptional service and recommendations for my vehicle helping revive her from the brink that I didn't know she was at, if you knew Tony and liked his work I can see this gentleman being of similar quality and excellence. He's not going to yank you around, he's going to get you where you need to be.

Owner is ethical and experienced. They do great work. Straight forward, no bs. Can't think how a shop could be any better, unless the gave away free Philly cheese steak sandwiches with fresh grilled peppers. That would be an awesome! Despite the lack of free hot sandwiches, I totally recommend this shop and will continue going back.

The owner is great, and very honest, that’s always refreshing to see from the shop. Honored their warranty so that was also nice to see. However, it seems that some of the technicians are AWFUL. They routed my power steering hose incorrectly when they replaced it, and the pulley burned through the hose. Very easily avoidable mistake and an annoying inconvenience - had to come back. The cherry on top was that I went to take off the wheels to do service of my own, and found that they torqued the lug nuts down with the force of God. My 1000 lb ft impact struggled getting them off, and one of them got stripped out because of what they did. If you don’t work on cars, that’s a mechanic’s version of a middle finger! Most lug nuts are only supposed to be torqued to around 120 lb ft mind you!

I've been taking my vehicles to car aid for years now and I always appreciate the honesty and customer service I receive. I appreciate dealing with staff who know me by name. I highly recommend to anyone.

I appreciate having my car diagnosed completely and waived, had pictures taken of each needed work before I approved it (no unclear verbal Machanic language) also, consistant professional communication of Machanical Assistant.
