I got my 2018 jeep Sahara fixed here. Very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. They fixed a lot of things and were honest with fair pricing. I will be back and definitely am referring friends and family!! They provide a very detailed estimate that allows you to choose what you want to get done. The explanation is very helpful.

I highly recommend this repair shop for HONEST, FAST and Friendly service. I went to Belle Tire before finding these guys. The fuel pump needed to be replaced. Belle Tire basically refused to do the repair (due to rust at rear end of truck) and encouraged me to have my truck hauled off to the junk yard and get a new vehicle. I had my truck towed for a 2nd time to these guys. They checked everything with the over all running, etc (including the rust, which they said was not nearly as bad as Belle Tire claimed), repaired the fuel pump.. also, sorted out a mess that Belle Tire left under the hood with my fuses. Diagnosed a separate issue I was having with my fuse box. (Corrosion underneath the fuse box. They sprayed some cleaner and got things working properly). Didn't charge me to do that either. Only charged for repair of the fuel pump, which was $400 less than what Belle Tire quoted before refusing to do the work. At their suggestion, keeping an eye on the fuse box until it needs to be replaced. I truly appreciate their honesty and fair pricing, as I seem to have a tough time finding that at repair shops, (some guys will say anything because they know that I don't know much about vehicle repairs, or how much they should cost). These guys helped "Ol' Red" (my truck) see another day. He's running great! I will definitely take my truck back here for any future service or repairs 😊

I had 2 great experiences here at Car Aid! Not only did they fix my problem they give you a whole breakdown of the diagnostics, other problems to my car, and you can approve or deny any other repairs suggested. I was in a car accident 12/12/25 my suspension was ruined, I paid some money for it (definitely better than my car dealer) but my car rode good. Went back last week to get a front end wheel alignment, they suggested I needed new tires too! Which i needed badly and the tire prices were great too! Excellent customer service! No hassle of getting your car fixed, they get to the point! Excellent prices!!! I would highly recommend!

Found Car Aid online, read their reviews, and I was impressed. In 24 hours my Jeep was ready. Make sure you check how long, I rented a car, and I never needed one. I had a great experience at Car-Aid. I was able to setup an appointment on my phone. I dropped my vehicle on a Wednesday and received a text the next morning with an estimate. I checked what I approved and the work began. My car was ready by Friday morning. My only issue was a dirty mechanic rag was left in my cup holder and the steering wheel was extremely dirty. It took several wipes to clean it. But overall great service. I love the technology!

My first experience with Car Aid was very good. They bought the previous owner and I was surprised about the take over. My concern about the new company was positively addressed with the completion of my oil change. I look forward to a favorable relationship with them.

The owner is great, and very honest, that’s always refreshing to see from the shop. Honored their warranty so that was also nice to see. However, it seems that some of the technicians are AWFUL. They routed my power steering hose incorrectly when they replaced it, and the pulley burned through the hose. Very easily avoidable mistake and an annoying inconvenience - had to come back. The cherry on top was that I went to take off the wheels to do service of my own, and found that they torqued the lug nuts down with the force of God. My 1000 lb ft impact struggled getting them off, and one of them got stripped out because of what they did. If you don’t work on cars, that’s a mechanic’s version of a middle finger! Most lug nuts are only supposed to be torqued to around 120 lb ft mind you!

Great service, love these guys. Been getting my cars serviced here for a few years now, recommended by a family member. They don’t overcharge, prices are reasonable. Only negative is I get my car back with a dirty steering wheel and gear shift every time. My hands end up looking like I worked on it myself after pick up lol.

There was a squealing sound coming from the front of my car. The last car shop didn't know what it was and claimed it to be transmission problems. The Car Aid mechanic spent a few moments with my car and knew right away. The squealing is gone and my car drives smoothly. Thank you. I have recommended you to others.
