I recently had a Mitsubishi ductless Hyper Heat system installed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial quote to final installation, the communication was clear and professional. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, and there were no surprises. The install was clean, efficient, and done exactly as discussed. The crew showed up on time, respected the property, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. The price was very reasonable compared to other contractors I received quotes from, especially considering the quality of equipment and warranty included. Overall, I’m very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend Alpha Air Heating and Cooling to anyone considering a mini-split or HVAC upgrade.

Derek was absolutely amazing! We had a new furnace installed by a private contractor and it would shut off and not come back on, our installer couldn't even figure out what was wrong. In less than two hours he had our heat on and running good. The price was less than we expected and we could not be happier.

One of our furnaces stopped working in the middle of the night. Called in the morning, two hours later they were here and diagnosed quickly. Did a couple other appointments and stopped and got our part we needed to fix the issue. Derek was back in a short amount of time, put the part on and fixed our furnace. Did I mention all that a day before negative temperatures hit and it was right before the weekend! So very thankful Alpha Air! Won't call anyone else!!

My mini split in my bedroom stopped working last night 🥶. I called Alpha Air this morning to come out to take a look and he was able to have it back up and running by 3:15. He worked around my schedule on short notice, took time to explain what was going on, and put up with my man hating dog 😆 and very curious cat that wouldn’t leave him alone. Thankful for such quick service so I didn’t have to go through the weekend sleeping on the couch.

The gentleman was very quick to return calls and came out very quickly. They definitely have reasonable pricing. With the snow storm coming I’m glad they were quick. He explained everything he done and what needed done

Alpha Air provided very prompt and friendly service when we had an issue with our furnace that left us with no heat. They also provided heaters to help keep us warm. I recommend them for all of your HVAC needs.

We came home Sunday to no heat in our house- I called Alpha air on Monday morning to come give us a quote on a new furnace and AC. They were able to come out same day (even moved some things around so they could get there earlier than planned). While here, they tried working on our furnace to get the heat working even though they were just here for a quote. The quote came same day- cheapest option of 3 different companies that we had quotes from. Originally they weren’t going to be able to install everything until Friday of that week, but since we didn’t have heat they moved things around again and get us scheduled for Thursday & Friday. They came and they got the job done, and it looks clean unlike before

Alpha Air was able to respond to our request for service the same day we called! The needed part arrived and was installed just a few days later. I highly recommend Alpha Air and won’t hesitate to call them with future needs.

I called him and he showed up 20 mins later and had my heat back on in another 20. This was the second place I called after the first told me I would need a full replacement and quoted me over 7k. When it’s cold and you don’t have 7k just waiting in the wings that’s a scary prospect. Luckily this company was honest and just fixed it and explained what had caused the issue to begin with. Thankfully there are still people not out to get your money but do the job right and well. Anything I ever need will go through Alpha Air in the future. Thanks again!!
