I recently took my cat for a shower and grooming at this veterinary clinic, and I’m genuinely impressed with the service. The staff was gentle, patient, and very professional. My cat usually gets nervous during grooming, but they handled her with so much care that she stayed calm the whole time. She came out looking clean, fresh, and absolutely adorable! A special thank you to Ms. Marj for her kindness and expertise. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and her warm attitude truly stood out. I really appreciate the way she treated my cat like her own. Highly recommended to anyone looking for quality grooming and excellent customer care! ❤️

Thieves!! Please be aware. They are are here just to rip you off.. juat paid AED 650/ for a green parrot check up. This is just check up. On top of it for the vitamins (which across the road comes for 100) they wanted to charge another 800 .

Very nice and helpful team too. I went to treat my cat and really understood why the prices were different because it was worth it I loved it and it is not the last experience. The girl at the reception is very elegant and beautiful. You dealt with my problem according to my budget a team that deserves appreciation and it is not the last time 😍❤️❤️❤️

The male Filipino doctor there is a liar who will just do a performance of treatment to fool you into thinking he actually did something. I've always heard bad things about this clinic but from desperation I ended up there because all of the nearby ones were closed. The doctor wanted to charge me 600 AED for one day stay for a very small and extremely dehydrated kitten. Imagine that when I brought her in, he only gave her 1ml of subcutaneous fluids (for anyone who knows proper treatment of dehydration in kittens, the standard is to give at least 10ml in one shot) but this doctor was just putting on a show. I requested for IVs and he said okay if I keep her in (600 aed a day) then I asked him to put the canula in for me and he suddenly said (she's too small we can't), his end goal was just to get the most money out of the customer and you as a desperate person trying to save a precious life will fall for this, and put this poor souls in the hands of soulless practitioners. Please stay away from this clinic and these people, as a rescuer this clinic is blacklisted forever.
