i have never written a google review before, but i feel compelled to do so because i fear that other patients may lose a lot of money by going to dr. arora's practice. dr. arora's staff are friendly and courteous. however, i experienced two problems. firstly, they incorrectly told me that they were in my insurance's network. granted, i should have double-checked myself. i only realized that they were not in my network after i received a hefty bill for a normal cleaning. notwithstanding the network issue, the bill contained several expenses that seemed rather questionable. i sent chatGPT a copy of my invoice and it said, "even ignoring the fact that the dentist is out-of-network, these charges are still abnormally high for a routine cleaning visit." secondly, at the cleaning, dr. arora told me that i had seven cavities. since i learned that i was not in his network, i went to another dentist to get fillings. this other dentist, who has over 40 years of experience and runs a highly-rated practice, told me that i actually did not have any cavities, and that the black spots that dr. arora saw were just coffee stains. he also got an AI model to look at my X-rays, and it verified that i did not have any cavities. if i had stayed with dr. arora's practice, i would have spent thousands of dollars to get my cavities filled.

Great dental care from Dr. Alok Arora—professional and high-quality treatment. The only downside was the male front desk staff. He was impatient when I asked him to repeat, and he didn’t answer my question about whether my crown check was urgent while scheduling. I’d still recommend the dentist, but the front desk could be more professional.

Today was my first visit at family dental and I was genuinely impressed. The staff were very friendly and the office is professional and clean. Dr.Nguyen was very thorough, answered all my questions and eased my dental anxiety. Brenda the assistant was also super nice and friendly. Usually I find myself sitting in a dentist lobby for 25+ minutes after showing up on time but at family dental they were quick to bring me to the back and start the procedure. Highly recommend!!!

Viv is awesome. I gave her the situation and she was able to gather all of the pertinent information and she relayed to Dr. Arora. She has so much empathy and kindness. He made the consult smooth and answered all of the questions needed for us to feel comfortable to move forward with the intention to remove my son's wisdom teeth.

I chose Dr Arora, 30 miles away from home because he was recommended by the dentist who placed my implants in another city. My experience was excellent on all counts. The lady at the reception, the nurse practitioner Stephanie, the X-ray technician- all of them were professional and pleasant mannered. Dr Arora then examined my mouth thoroughly. He was engaging and charming. He identified the problem in a flash, told me what was going on, and advised me on how to resolve the problem. I appreciate Dr Arora’s patient side manners. The commute was worth it, because I found a charming dentist with the skills my care requires. Thanks to your team and you, Dr Arora.

Have been going to Dr Arora for 10 years. He was treated 3 family members - all over 65. We have always been pleased with his work and his hygienists. Have had general dentistry work as well as some cosmetic procedure. They are efficient, patient, explain procedures well, and the staff is skilled and courteous.

A misunderstanding had happened so that instead of a teeth cleaning by a tech, a doctor visit with x-ray was planned. Dr. Yo was there and to fix the situation she took care of the cleaning by herself, with a smile, and staying past closure time. This shows she cares, and is always ready to do what needs to be done. I was impressed. Thank you

I am so very happy with the 4 front caps Dr. Arora did for me. They are absolutely beautiful! I love my smile, and it is easy to smile often now. The color match is just perfect! All of the people in the office are so pleasant, and make you very comfortable. Dr. Arora is the best! I love him!

The staff are friendly, the office is clean, and Dr. Arora explains everything clearly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for gentle dental care.
