Husband and I reached out to Aloha Pools in June for a potential design. While other companies managed to schedule within a week, Aloha pushed us out a month. Fine—busy season, we get it. Brian eventually came out in July, gave us some vague ideas, and promised a mock-up by early August. That was the last meaningful thing this company ever delivered.
August came and went with no follow-up. Emails? Ignored. A second email? Ignored. Only after contacting their admin did Brian surface again, promising we’d see something “next week.” That was over a month ago, and we’re still waiting.
If Aloha Pools can’t manage the bare minimum of communication before a contract is even signed, imagine the nightmare of relying on them once construction starts. Empty promises and radio silence seem to be their specialty. Consider this your warning: skip Aloha and find a company that actually wants your business.
