We would highly recommend Aloha Bridal Connection for all your wedding coordination needs!!!!!!!!!  A friend recommended ABC after researching wedding planners on Oahu for us (that friend was not satisfied with her wedding planner and wanted us to have a better experience).  We saw that they had a hybrid package available, which sounded perfect for us.  We wanted to be involved in the planning, but wanted recommendations on what vendors were good and needed help with knowing the right questions to ask and the right answers when needed.  We also wanted to know that the day of our big event, that we could enjoy the event knowing that ABC would handle everything they could to make it enjoyable for us, and did they ever!!!  From our first conversation with Lauren, who made us confident that ABC was the right pick, to our numerous conversations with Jamie and then Sammy, our amazing lead coordinator, ABC was so helpful with every aspect of planning.  Handing things over to them once we got closer to the day of was easy peasy and we couldn't have asked for a better experience the day of the event.  From the setup to coordinating our photo session to making sure we had a chance to actually eat at our reception, all while making sure everything happened when it needed to, Sammy & Jessica (our ABC team for the day of) went above and beyond!!!  Mahalo nui loa to ABC for making our special day as special and enjoyable as it could be.  We couldn't have done it without you!

First off we have to say ABC and their team specifically our primary coordinator Sammy was worth every penny. Initially it felt steep paying over $4k for a wedding coordinator but the tools they provide and guidance along the way honestly made wedding planning a breeze. Having them take over as the primary point of contact closer to the wedding and having a 2nd set of eyes to make sure the logistics checked out was incredibly helpful. Plus when it came down to the wedding week and wedding day we were so confident in the plan and team we had in place that we were totally able to step back and just enjoy our friends and family and be present. That feeling was priceless and we would spend that money again in a heartbeat. Sammy specifically was great at communicating and giving recommendations based on our vision. Plus she did a great job day of being flexible and adjusting our program in order maximize our time with our photo and video team when our speeches turned out longer than we expected. Also shout out to Jessica for backing her up and looking out for us and snagging us apps and drinks to make sure we got to enjoy our food and drinks as well! There isn’t anything we would have changed about our wedding day and that is largely because we had the best team around to help make the best day happen. Mahalo Nui Loa to ABC!

We originally found ABC through a list provided by our venue. We reached out to a few other coordinating companies, however no one felt like they were the perfect fit for James and I. We reached out to ABC and during our call with Julie, we immediately knew this was the company we wanted to work with. She gave us so much useful information and went over all the package options and was very upfront with us about costs. I, being a little bit of a control freak, wanted to do as much as possible on my own so I booked the Basic Package. With that, ABC began taking everything over around 30 days before our wedding. Sammy was our lead coordinator and she was so easy and fun to work with! It was nice during the time I was booking vendors that I always felt like I could reach out to ABC and they provided me with so many useful resources to help make the planning process so easy! In the 30 days leading up to the wedding, Sammy was super on top of everything and she had great communication with James and I. We were able to text her questions and she kept me on track to finish tasks I didn’t even know had to be done. Everything went super smooth because of her! The rehearsal was also smooth and we flew a ton of stuff to Hawaii from CA for our wedding. We didn’t organize it very well but we gave it to Sammy and she got it all set up perfectly for the wedding. I had a vision in my head and it was executed perfectly. I can’t imagine a single thing being different. Every detail I ever mentioned to Sammy was taken note of and every table looked freaking perfect. Working with Sammy and her assistant Jessica on the wedding day was so fun and we cannot be more grateful for all the guidance they provided us! I often told all my vendors to do whatever they thought was best because they do this all the time and letting everyone take control felt like it was the best option. Sammy had great ideas and great reasoning for doing things certain ways and I didn’t have to stress about a single thing in the week leading up to the wedding. Because of Sammy and Jessica we were able to soak up every moment of the day and we could not ask for more from ABC! We feel like we truly hit the jackpot with all our vendors and I’d recommend ABC over and over to anyone planning a wedding!

We are so grateful for our lead coordinator, Jamie and the ABC team for making our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more! Here’s what made them truly stand out: - Support from start to finish: Jamie was with us every step of the way, from early planning to the final moments of our big day. She was supportive, detail-oriented, and proactive! - Clear, consistent communication: We had monthly check-ins and relied on email to stay aligned, which kept things moving without ever feeling overwhelming. - Incredible planning tools: The custom ABC wedding sheet—with tabs for vendors, budget, to-do lists, and seating plans—was a lifesaver. It kept everything clear and accessible throughout. - Calm and confident day-of presence: From the rehearsal to the big day, Jamie guided us on what to expect of the order of events while keeping the energy light, joyful and grounding. - Warm, professional team: Ariana and Natashalynn were kind, efficient, and handled setup/breakdown flawlessly so we could enjoy ourselves stress-free. - Our guests noticed, too: Many of them told us how impressed they were with how smoothly everything ran, and how helpful and present the ABC team was throughout the day. - Heart and hard work: The ABC team truly cares. It's almost been 11 months since our wedding at Lanikohonua, and I still dream of that perfect day - a day that absolutely would not have been possible without ABC, HANDS DOWN. As a Type A planner, I thought I had everything figured out, but when I realized my venue required bringing everything on-site (tents, plateware, chairs, candles, literally everything), I knew I was in over my head. From the very first moment I spoke with Lauren on my inquiry call, their company stood out because their website had the most comprehensive vendor information I'd ever seen - they don't gatekeep, which immediately impressed me and showed their genuine commitment to helping couples succeed. What truly sets ABC apart is their incredible collaborative team system. Whether I was working with Jamie, Keyah, Natalie, or Lauren, it felt seamless - if one person was out, another would respond as if they were completely up to speed on every detail of our wedding. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Natalie and Lauren <3, the boss ladies of the company who literally saved my sanity (okay, being a bit dramatic, but seriously!). They didn't just handle my Type A personality with grace - they made me feel like they truly valued my needs and wants while expertly guiding me toward realistic decisions when needed. They struck the perfect balance between honoring my vision and keeping me grounded. I've been saving this review for almost a year because honestly, words don't do justice to what this team accomplished. We are based in Indiana so we were absolutely clueless planning a destination wedding in Hawaii. We received glowing recommendations from our venue, the Sheraton Kauai Resort, loved their social media and helpful blog articles, and had a fantastic initial phone call with Julie. It was a no brainer from there that ABC was going to be our wedding coordinator. We did the signature package which was so perfect for wanting to ensure we put our own touches on our own wedding needs, but had access to recommended vendors, unlimited calls leading up to the big day, and our coordinator (Julie) took over as primary point of contact at the 3-month mark, allowing us to focus on getting ready for the wedding and eliminate stress! Their process of helping you plan a wedding is so organized and detail-oriented. They make it so simple for anyone to become a wedding expert! They ensure that you’re thinking through all necessary details to plan for a perfect day, empower you to select vendors that match your style and needs for your dream wedding, and consult you on building your perfect wedding day timeline! We received so many compliments of how seamless the day ran, so many of our guests said they’d never been to a more efficient wedding that flowed perfectly with no hiccups. We are so blessed to have had Julie as part of our wedding planning process. She is such an incredibly kind and caring person and we cannot recommend her enough. On top of this, we are a same-sex couple and one of our concerns was finding an LGBTQ friendly coordinator. Julie always made us feel comfortable, loved, and welcome. She even went through the effort to change all of the pre-set language in spreadsheets and surveys that said “bride and groom” to “bride and bride.” These little efforts went such a long way for us and were just another reason we loved our experience. Julie and the ABC team are the perfect people to trust with your big day, you won’t regret choosing to work with ABC!

Choosing ABC as our wedding coordinators was one of the best decisions we made during our planning journey! We came to ABC in a time of need—three weeks out from our wedding and without a coordinator, after realizing our previous arrangement wasn’t the right fit. After some stressful couple days of feeling lost, we were referred to ABC by one of our vendors. From our very first interaction, we felt like we were in capable, caring hands. Not even an hour after our initial email, we were on a call with Natalie. She asked all the right questions, listened attentively, and helped us feel grounded after a whirlwind of stress and uncertainty. Natalie immediately took all of our scattered planning documents and transformed them into one beautifully organized format, giving us a sense of clarity. She was understanding, efficient, and made us feel supported from the very start. Once Natalie helped us onboard, Jamie stepped in as our lead coordinator. Her calm confidence, attention to detail, and expertise made us feel like everything was under control. She seemed to know our needs before we even voiced them and handled everything with reassuring ease. Even though she wasn’t involved in the process of hiring our vendors, she had a strong grasp of who they were and how to work with them. This is just a testament to ABC’s great reputation and relationships with vendors throughout the island! Jamie also did an excellent job coordinating our rehearsal. She kept everything organized and on track, making sure everyone knew where to be and what to do. Our family really respected her guidance and followed her lead, which made the whole process run smoothly and stress-free. As a couple with a very clear vision of our wedding day, we appreciated how intentional and thoughtful the ABC team was in supporting our plans and bringing them to life. They matched our energy and made sure that no detail went overlooked. Jamie especially helped us navigate last-minute decisions with reassurance, always ready to talk things through and make sure we felt confident. She was even willing to respond to an email from a family member on the day of our wedding, which truly speaks to the magnitude of her professionalism and care in her work! One of the things we appreciated most were Jamie’s gentle reminders to pause, be present, and truly savor each moment of our special day. The team’s attentiveness to what mattered most to us meant that our timeline flowed smoothly, and we truly got to enjoy the entire day without stress. Every member of the ABC team played a meaningful role. Jamie and Natalie were our anchors throughout the day. Brittany was a calming presence in the getting-ready room, reassuring us when we got nervous about details at the venue. She kept us perfectly on schedule and even had drinks waiting for us right after the ceremony, a small and appreciated gesture! Though we didn’t work with Sammy and Jessica directly, they were behind the scenes making everything beautiful. From setting up table decor to assisting guests and coordinating vendors, they made sure all the small details came together seamlessly. We are beyond grateful to the ABC team, especially Jamie, Natalie, Brittany, Sammy, and Jessica, for giving us the gift of a stress-free and joy-filled wedding day! If you’re considering hiring them, do it! Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care will exceed your expectations. While I am from Hawaii, my husband and I currently reside in NY and given the venue we chose (Lanikuhonua) and that I am a Corporate Event Planner myself, I knew the value of having a wedding planner and wanted one from the start. We chose ABC because we have heard great things about them from friends and vendors, they also have a larger team so we felt comfortable knowing that if something happened to our main planner, they would have other resources to fill that person's role. Additionally, they were fairly priced (we selected their signature package). We appreciated their "workbook" that they provided us, it was very user friendly and very similar to what I use for work too. I appreciated their guidance when it came to vendors as that was my biggest uncertainty given I haven't planned events in Hawaii. I also liked that they did not limit us to a set number of calls/emails and were also available to chat anything through during the wedding planning. Adding the rentals process on was nice as they were able to advise what equipment I would need, Jamie double checked all of my vendor invoices to ensure the quantities were correct and I appreciated Jamie's eye for detail such as advising we secure a clear back wall for the band vs a white wall for the aesthetics. It was also nice to have a floorplan early on for piece of mind as well as planning our seating chart. I appreciated Jamie running a tight ship on our rehearsal day and being available to answer questions from family/friends. Jessica was onsite on our wedding day as well and she was very kind and calm and helped Jamie to keep our day flowing well. It was very apparent that ABC is well known and respected amongst many of the vendors we worked with. We couldn't have had a successful day without them and we are happy to call Jamie a lifelong friend!

ABC was a dream to work with. My husband is from Hawaii, but we live in LA so I knew planning a wedding on island would be a challenge. However, I will say time and time again that booking them was the best thing I could have done for our wedding! As someone that loves to plan and create, I knew I still wanted to be hands on in the wedding planning process and ABC allowed me to do that. I was able to cultivate my dream wedding with resources, tips, tools, and support from a lovely team. My lead coordinator Brittany came in at the 3 month out mark and I truly couldn't have asked for anyone better! She was kind and encouraging, focused on my husband & I's priorities/vision, kept us on track, and made the process so fun!! Absolutely loved her and loved working with her (& all of the ABC team). <3

ABC, specifically Julie & the Kauai team, really made our wedding visions come true. They were not only tremendously helpful in planning but they had a variety of connections that helped us when we were planning from a distance. They were very flexible to work with and understanding of our vision. Once we arrived in HI we met with Julie and walked through everything to ensure that the wedding went smoothly. They helped tremendously with the flow and especially the rehearsal to ensure that everything was going to be perfect. We would not have wanted to work with anyone else for the whole planning process. Thank you guys! I genuinely feel very confident in Julie & the ABC team and would recommend them to anyone looking for a planner (& you want a planner, it made my life 100x easier!)
