Andrew was great! He was personable, communicated clearly, and provided really helpful professional insight about the services being done. It’s so reassuring to have a tech who takes the time to explain everything and make sure we understand what to expect. We really appreciate his thoroughness and friendly attitude—highly recommend!

We've been using Allure for awhile now. We recently noticed an uptick in rodent droppings around the house, likely due to the wet weather we've had recently. Buzz stopped by to address the issue and was very knowledgeable and professional. He got us set up with some fresh bait in the traps and advised us on some best practices to keep rodents out of the garage area. Allure has been great to work with and we'd recommend them to anyone in the OC area.
