Allstates Termite & Pest Control is a very professional company that guarantees their work. Jake is a very knowledgeable inspector and easy to talk to. His inspection regarding all types of home invaders from pests to rodents and other outdoor animals is very thorough. He offers many practical, safe and effective solutions at very reasonable cost and many free guidance for a DIY person. I highly recommend him for your home inspection.
[July 31, 2025 update]: Allstates also got rid of a Hornet Nest hanging from the tree in our front yard. This was a Bald-faced hornet nest. Don't deal with these hornets by yourself. Call the professionals at Allstates. I got stung multiple times just by walking under the tree not knowing the nest was there. They are dangerous. well done, Jake for getting rid of them. Jacob was great! He was very responsive and did a good job handling my toddler following him around everywhere while he inspected. Did a very thorough inspection and have a termite treatment set up for when it's warmer! Definitely recommend Allstates.
