I was in search of a new agent when I found Cullen Insurance Agency awhile back and was very pleased with their customer service, which has always been very friendly, efficient and personalized, but as my family needs changed and I found my insurance needs becoming more and more complicated, they have more than proved their worth in gold! Antonieta James (Toni) went above and beyond, spending allot of time with me, finding the exact policies that fit my family needs, at prices that I could work with. She, not only, saved me money, but brought me peace of mind by covering what's important to me, in a way that I understood the coverages, the policies, and the final outcome, in a way that didn't leave me confused like so many other companies have. I would recommend them to anyone needing coverage of any kind! You won't be sorry...

I loved connecting with All State! I had Ashley as an agent and I appreciated her insight on insuring three vehicles and three drivers. With the old insurance, we had much less coverage on a vehicle driven by a teen, but she explained what higher coverage could do to help protect us. We still saved a lot of money each month adding more coverage. I highly recommend working with her.

I recently added my teenage twins to my auto insurance policy. Victoria Madrigal assisted me with adding good student and teen smart discounts. In my opinion, she displayed outstanding customer service in guiding me through what I needed to do for these discounts. Working with Ashley M has been one of the best things that has happened to me since I was canceled by another company for filing a claim. Both my car and mortgage insurance skyrocketed, and my house payment went up over five hundred dollars a month. After working with Ashley M, she was able to bundle my car and mortgage insurance at a lower rate that has lowered my house payment by $227.00 a month and my car insurance by almost $25.00 a month! For a senior on a limited income this is close to a miracle! I have a bit of breathing room in this crazy economy. I wish I would have found her and Allstate two years ago.
