Allstar Heating & Air Conditioning

Allstar was recommended to me as I had recently had two conflicting evaluations as to the safety of my current HVAC system. Allstar sent their senior tech (2, actually) within a few days of my request, the appt having been made by their very pleasant office staff member, Casey. The technicians were very efficient & gave me no reason to question their competency. They were thorough & explained their findings in terms that a lay-person could understand & trust. When the time comes that I require service or furnace replacement, I would certainly contact Allstar again.

Our furnace failed, and since it was over 20 years old, we decided to replace it rather than repair it. Because our AC unit was also more than 20 years old, we chose to replace that as well. Allstar provided three furnace options and three AC options at varying price points, making it easy to choose what best fit our needs and budget. Colten Poor, the general manager, took the time to thoroughly explain each option in detail and answered all of our questions. Once we made our selections, the installation was scheduled and completed promptly without any issues. The installation team was professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire process. The experience couldn’t have gone any better. We would absolutely hire Allstar again in a heartbeat.

AllStar has serviced multiple heating and air units at our offices for many years and we continue to rely on them as the go-to for regular maintenance, repairs and, just recently, a newly installed unit to replace a very old unit that had just run its course. We really appreciated Tim coming out the week of New Year's to restore heat to our home! He was very considerate and professional, and determined the issue within minutes. Tim had a new thermostat on hand and replaced the non-functioning one for us in the same visit. All Star is now our go-to for any HVAC needs!

Darin came out today to replace a non functional Thermostat. I have used All star throughout my house renovation and have recommend them to friends as well as to my parents who have used them as well.

We had our regular maintenance done today on our a/c heating unit. Both Tim & Luis were professional, courteous & very informative when answering my questions regarding repair work which may need to be done. Their customer service is greatly appreciated!

I replaced an old furnace today and received excellent service. They were on time, worked hard, and got the job done. I will definitely call Allstar again for servicing.

My husband and I are thrilled with our new AC. From start to finish the team at Allstar Heating and Air made the process easy. I have severe health challenges and special precautions were need throughout the job. Phil and his staff made sure the job went smoothly.
