Dr. Metelits is an exceptional physician. He is also one of the kindest doctors I have ever met. He genuinely cares for his patients. His recommendations are thoughtful, thorough, and insightful. He prioritizes finding the right solution rather than just rushing the visit, demonstrating clear commitment to his patients. During our very first visit, he diagnosed and resolved a complex and dangerous medical situation that two other doctors couldn’t figure out over three arduous months. I will never forget the relief I felt when he looked at me and said, "I'll have this fixed in a day or two." And he did! I am incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Metelits. I’ve recently been seeing Dr. Metelits and I’be been having a great experience so far! It’s a family owned practice which makes the environment feel welcoming and personal. He diagnosed me with ADHD and always takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. I never feel rushed during appointments and he always creates a space that feels comfortable and judgment free, this makes it extremely easy for me to open up. My appointments are done through video call which work best for me and the process is always smooth. Fernanda is great! She’s always kind, calls ahead to confirm appointments (which I really appreciate) and tries to find a day and time that works with my schedule. Together they’ve made the whole experience feel organized and supportive. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassionate personalized psychiatric care. I’m glad I found this practice. They’re AMAZING!

Dr. Metelits always goes above and beyond. He works with my schedule, setting appoitnment times that work for me even if it is not during his normal business hours. He accompanied me to my first ketamine session because I was scared. He has allowed me to have bring in my husband and business partner to have important conversations mediated by him. He has helped me research and find other health care options for my physical health. I feel lucky to have found him.

I absolutely don't know where I would be without this place! Dr. Metelits is the first doctor to actually listen to me and my needs as the patient. Most of the experiences that I have had are doctors that aren't paying attention to a word that I've said and then acting like they know what is best for me, more so than I do for myself. For instance, I have been on just about every antidepressant there is and they ALL make me extremely worse and dangerously suicidal. Yet, when I tell this to most doctors they nod their head and say "Yeah I think you should try this...", insert some antidepressant that I've already taken. It's just truly refreshing to finally have a doctor that hears me and actually helps me instead of pushing their own agenda on me and harming me more. I truly feel that Dr. Metelits has actually helped save my life and has given me so much hope for the future. I don't know where I'd be without him.

Dr. Metelits is a rare RARE find! I can not express my overwhelming gratitude for having him participate and manage my care. Over the many years of my treatment, I have found it very difficult to find someone in his discipline who is genuine and qualified, that was also a good “fit”. He meets all this criteria and more. When I did on line research to find a good psychiatrist for my PTSD issues and came a cross Dr Metelits , after reading his biography on very impressive educational level he owned but still has the most affordable charge in Scottsdale area made me think right away that he really cares for people and not just making the money, was the first reason why I choose to see him amoung all the others. My visit with Dr Metelits was an amazing experience, after just talking to him for 10 min I already felt I could relieve all my secrets of trauma with him it was like chatting with one of my best friend, he is also very kind and genuine man and I really appreciate the way he treats his clients so I highly recommended it Dr Metelits and I also have to mention Fernanda his wife who scheduled the appointment for me and who was very sweet to talk to,

I have been seeing Dr. Metelis for over a year and a half and it has completely changed major parts of my life. I started to have extreme anxiety and I didn't know what to do and I got referred to him and I am so happy that I did. We have pretty much solved my issues leading to the anxiety I was having and now are getting deeper and every week when I see him, I always leave feeling extremely positive and have never had a sessions that I felt was a waste.
