This is a 5 Star positive review for Alliance Interlocking Pavers. We got multiple bids for our Custom Backyard Concrete Installation (over 900 sq ft). However, we decided to use this Company because Carlos (Company Owner) was very friendly, professional and gave us a competitive price. We made a design on the spot that met all our expectations with 4” of 6 sack concrete and trace control joints, removal of an old plum tree and 3 big stumps, as well as trimming all existing trees on the property. The team created cutouts for all trees and roses filled with River rocks including weed protectors as well as creating drain trench filled with beautiful rocks. They were always available to answer all questions & scheduled our project in a timely manner that was very appreciated. Carlos made this huge process so easy. We could not be happier with Melvin and his team (Carlos Jr, Rudy and oth.) for a GREAT job! Our Project was done in 8 DAYS with outstanding results. This team arrived every day early in the morning, got to work right away and always cleaned all the areas after completing the daily project every evening. They worked tirelessly throughout this project. Our backyard looks so beautiful that several people stop and praise it. The team cleaned all areas after the project was completed, loaded old staff on Company trucks. Hands down a TOTAL AMAZING Experience with this Company!!! Carlos and his team did a fantastic job on both installing pavers in my driveway and concrete patios in the backyard. Their workmanship is above any expectation that I might have had - they go an extra mile! Carlos excels at communicating too: he responded to all the questions and requests that came up before and during the project. His team finished the pavers install ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this professional team. I interviewed several other contractors and Carlos stood out from the start. Very pleased with the outcome!

We looked for a long time for an honest, reliable, reasonable contractor who would do an excellent job of installing pavers with beautifully finished borders, could make helpful suggestions to our design, was pleasant to work with, who listened well and translated our vision into reality. We finally found Carlos and his team who just finished replacing our driveway and front walkway, and installing a patio in our back yard. Carlos and his crew did an awesome job at every step. CARLOS Carlos was very patient with all our questions before the project started. This investment of time made the project run smoothly, and allowed Carlos to quote us a price that was fair to him and to us. Carlos either came by, texted or called almost every day to check on progress. He responded very quickly to all texts. Carlos gave us a detailed estimate and a firm and fair price soon after his on-site visit. He always told us in advance when there would be expenses for additional material, and extended his contractor's discount to us. He was cost conscious on our behalf. I felt completely confident that Carlos would take care of every detail, would clearly communicate all our requests to the crew, and that our project would turn out as beautifully as the driveways and patios Carlos had previously completed. Three of the 10 pallets that were delivered were the wrong color. It took a few days and a lot of legwork, but Carlos tracked down 3 pallets in the right color. It took extra hours to work out the exchange with the manufacturer, but Carlos totally took care of it, and communicated to us regularly throughout. THE TEAM Carlos' team did every job - large and small - excellently, including installing irrigation controls, moving sprinkler heads, digging out tree roots, sinking a clean out drain, neatly stacking old pavers on pallets to be recycled, running conduits for electrical and irrigation under driveway and patio, scrubbing the new driveway and patio, re-sodding the lawn where pavers had been removed, and rinsing the walls that were dusty. The demolition and prep crew (Melvin, Yciro, Rudy, Cary, and Dave) worked very hard and very efficiently. They worked well as a team. Uvelio and Daniel, the paver laying team, were amazing. They laid both small pavers (3"x9") and large (19"x32"), heavy pavers (120 lb each). In both cases, they were nothing short of perfectionists. They solved a number of tricky angles beautifully, cut pavers exactly, and consulted with us whenever there were decisions to be made about the pattern. They are true artists. And nice, to boot! Every team member was respectful of our property at all times, and respectful of our neighbors. Arrived on time and left everything neat and orderly at the end of every day so the area was clean and safe. At the end of the project we were astonished at the attention to restoring our yard to its original condition. THE WORK The team quickly and efficiently demolished and hauled away concrete driveway in just a few hours with minimum disturbance to our neighbors. Two large areas were excavated to the proper depth, and at the proper slope to drain water away from the house. It took just 2 days. You can tell how skilled someone is at laying pavers by how they prepare the bed and how they finish the edges at the borders. Uvelio and Daniel were able to execute our non-standard design very well. They communicated at every stage so we could together figure out how to handle smooth transitions at some of the weird angles. Uvelio and Daniel are master craftsman who take pride in their work. On the last day, Uvelio and Daniel arrived at 8 AM and did not leave until well after 6.30 PM, working later than usual so they could finish the job on time. As they were leaving, Uvelio saw a paver he didn't like. He took the time to remove and replace it. You can tell the character of the man when you see what he does when he thinks no one is looking. Carlos and Alliance Pavers have earned our unqualified recommendation. They exceeded our expectations.
