Chop gave me great service I'd recommend him to all my friends and family. Not only did he tow me home but he still towed my car to my place of choice. He also was personable mind you I was getting my brand new car towed he gave me advice on what I should do and how I should do it. Mind you I really wanted to cry about the situation. He also offered his service if I had any questions, meaning depending on what the dealership says about the car, I could call and ask his opinion. Its not just a job he definitely puts his heart in it. 10/10

Horrible service. My car broke down on the highway and their dispatcher said they would be there in 45 minutes. An hour later, they said they aren’t coming. Would not recommend using this company.

I found Allens towing through Google search for towing in my area. My tires had been stolen from my car while on property of Aloft Hotel for a park and fly. Upon a return from my vacation, I found my Camry on the ground missing tires and rims. We worked tirelessly through the night attempting to find a tow company capable to tow a car with no wheels with my wife and I back home about 75 miles away. The owner picked up the phone the phone the first time I called, he said he had to contact a driver and would call me back. About 5 mins later, he called back, said he had his best guy coming to assist us, but he would need to stop to get the right tools for the job first. This was comforting to hear as it was a sign he knew what he was doing. The driver, Dame, showed up in about an hour and got to work on getting the car off the ground on up on the truck. It took about an hour to do, and even with his jack breaking, he was able to get it done. He brought a pair of his own personal tires he had to help get the car to the shop. He even stopped at a store for us to by jack stands to leave the car on at the shop so he could take his wheels back. The truck was clean and tidy inside, AC cranking as requested, and great music played for the whole hour trip. On top of this amazing service, Allens towing came in $200 under our next cheapest quote. By the time I heard from other towing company's I had reached out to, Allens Towing and Dame had my car on their truck and on our way. Through such a terrible experience, Allens Towing did their job exceptionally and made our difficult day just a little bit better. Towing usually sucks and is littered with some crooked people. Allens Towing is the exception. I hope you give them a chance and you get the same experience and let others know about just like my wife and I have done. Well done Allens Towing and thank you Again!
