Allcare has always provided the highest level of professional care for me and my family members whom have been patients for over 12 years. My lastest visits, with the change of ownership, continue to provide the professional care we have always experienced. We look forward to continued excellence of care

Really helpful and professional staff (from the receptionist to the nurse and the doctor), and all scheduling and comms were pretty efficient.

I had a scratch in my eye that was quickly getting worse. Allcare Medical Clinic had a same day appointment available on Presidents’ Day, which was much needed and appreciated. It was my first visit to the clinic. Scheduling, payment and working with the front desk staff was seamless and easy. The doctor was knowledgeable and helpful, and my eye was better within a few days. The office is not fancy, but the service delivered was great.

I recently called this clinic to get more information about their I-693 exam process. Unfortunately, my experience mirrored other negative reviews. I was rushed and repeatedly told, "I'm with a patient, so if you would like, I can send you the information for the process." Despite mentioning that I had all the emails sent to my wife and just needed a quick question answered, I was continually cut off and rushed with the same excuse. This clinic needs to take phone calls more seriously and should consider having a designated staff member to handle phone inquiries if it's too challenging to answer them properly. Additionally, their pricing is significantly higher compared to other clinics. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service are unacceptable. Based on my experience and the reviews I've read, I'm glad I called and found this out for myself.

Worst experience ever. Avoid this office at all costs. It’s obvious they pay for any good google reviews they have. Run down ghetto looking office, Dr. Ajudyia is rude and completely uncaring, not sure how/why he has a doctorate. Save your time and $ and go somewhere else. Only went there because they have appointments available pretty much whenever you would want. After going, it’s obvious why. Pathetic excuse for a doctor/office. 0/10

Very friendly and welcoming staff, with a cozy waiting room. 4 stars because the wait time is usually between 30-90 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, which is understandable, since I think they usually have one doctor there. However, I've been able to get an appointment the same day that I called, within 2 hours of my call every time I've gone. It's a small office, so don't expect more than getting prescriptions, a few basic supplies, and some medical advice. If you need more, like an x-ray or something at a more immediate time, it would be better to go to an ER.

I have been a patient of this clinic and of Dr. Dhiren Ajudia’s for a couple years, and I first decided to go because it was close to my residence. I have had some great experiences with the nurse and the front desk (they are phenomenal) and previously as well with the doctor himself. Over the last about year and a half I developed stomach pain and visited Dr. Dhiren Ajudia again. I ended up coming into clinic four times for this issue. I then visited the ER where they got me on another medication and instructions to follow up with primary. After my PAP with the other doctor: Dr. Ling, I started discussing my treatment with her because I felt like my stomach pain wasn’t taken seriously with the other doctor noted above and I really wanted a solution. Dr. Ling scheduled me for a breath test for the following day knowing I have been taken Omeprazole and Famotadine (but apparently you need to be off that medication two full weeks before testing so I was so confused as to why I was scheduled then and Dr. Dhiren Ajudia refused to give me the test because he said it wasn’t ethical) so that was a waste of my time. Also, Dr. Ling told me my results from a previous test were positive and then Dr. Dhiren Ajudia said they were negative (this is worrisome). When I’m at the appointment with Dr. Dhiren Ajudia I waited 45 minutes before seen which was totally fine at the time because I was willing to do whatever it takes to get some answers and I already don’t like to go to the doctors. The majority of the appointment Dr. Dhiren Ajudia read over all of my emails, all while telling me to stop sending emails to the office and to come in instead (I had already been in as well as the ER and notified them of all updates), which I thought was beyond rude, because it’s an option on their website). Dr. Dhiren Ajudia explained it’s difficult for him to catch up because the emails are not documented into a clinical note (also worrisome- I’ve worked in healthcare), but also- not my problem if email is a communication option for patients to doctors and everything clinical should always be documented appropriately (plus the other doctor never had an issue with it). Going through the appointment Dr. Dhiren Ajudia would ask me questions and I would start answering and he would talk over me each time. He talked to me as if I was to blame for all the miscommunication. I’ve never had a doctor talk to me in that manner and it came off very unprofessional so I will be seeing a new provider!

I initially attended the clinic for an immigration physical which was accomplished at my first appointment including inoculations and testing necessary to meet immigration standards.. I have continued to see Dr Adjudia since and find him to be thorough, straight forward, professional and most importantly, kind. There are times when his office is busy and it is necessary to wait.

I just got home from getting my immigration physical done at Allcare, by dr Tan. Everything and everyone was great. The person who made my visit as painless (quite literally!) as possible was Sandy! She was absolutely great, making me feel at ease and best of all: taking my blood effortlessly! Thank you!
