Tristan and his team worked hard to clear my late relative’s house prior to sale . Price was very competitive, they arrived on time, cleared everything and didn’t deviate from the quote . It made a stressful task very straightforward. Highly recommended and would definitely use them again .

The Company undertook the clearance to my satisfaction, recycling where possible and leaving a clean and tidy site. Furthermore, I made a mistake and overpaid them. They refunded the double payment quicky and without a fuss. I am pleased I chose this company.

Tristan and team were fantastic. Helped us move our stuff in and out of storage locker when moving between homes. Friendly and professional, they took great care of our belongings and managed to get a very large sofa into our lounge. Highly recommend.

These guys were amazing. I called them after another junk company let me down and these guys were able to turn up the very next day at very short notice. The following morning I stupidly left the keys to the garage where the junk was stored at home and had to return to get it and they were really cool about it and were happy to wait for me while I was late to meet them. When I finally got there they were just lovely and professional and sent me off to have a cup of tea and told me they would ring me when they were done which they did. They loaded all my junk in a really short space of time and it was a whole truck load and the charge was extremely reasonable. All in all the staff were lovely - the service from the very first phone call to paying the bill was excellent. These guys are great and I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone who need junk removing.

We had booked for this and they didn't show up. no call, nothing. we followed up by calling and when we eventually got through two times we were told we would be called back but we weren't either time. terrible service. we waited around for this so the courtesy of a call if they realised last minute they couldn't make it would have been appreciated

Didn't even get to book a job with them due to poor customer service and lack of communication. If you need custom, you should probably answer customer calls and emails.
