By far, All Year Heating and Cooling had the most competitive price in the area. Four mini splits were installed and they even removed an existing kerosene heater/tank free of charge. The installation took two days and staff members were incredibly professional. They laid out blankets around the home and went out of their way to clean up. Upon inspection, the staff did a great job both internally and externally and made sure to hide wires leaving an aesthetically clean job. If you are in the market for heating or cooling, definitely reach out and get a quote. Chris was very responsive and came out to give a quote. You could tell that he was very passionate about his job and took extra time to educate me on the industry and top products.

Their communication is quick, their pricing is fair, and their work is clean and reliable. My clients always appreciate how professional and respectful the techs are on site. One of the best companies out there. I just called them because of their dog ad and loved it. I will only use them moving forward. I run a marketing company, so seeing an independent company run great ads like this really makes you think about how they’re able to think outside the box right off the bat. Love them. I’m going to tell my friends to use them as well. I love locally owned businesses, and the conversation on the phone with them was phenomenal—very professional, respectful people. Chris and Cody installed my new pellet stove. They removed the old stove that was no longer working, picked up my new stove from Redmond and drove all the way to CRR. Instal was fast and efficient. Chris does an outstanding job with communication. Cody did great work installing. Will plan to use them again :)

Had them come to fix my gas fireplace. They assessed the issue for $99 and came back a week later to correct the issue for $300. They also checked out the attic ac work done by central Oregon heating and cooling, because some rooms don’t get any air. They showed me pics of the install done by central Oregon heating and cooling and it was crappy. They will get me a quote to fix that! We’re very happy with the service we received from All Year Heating & Cooling! 12/16/2024 update: had All Year come back out because we smelled gas when the fireplace was turned on. They called on Friday to schedule a appt to come back on Monday, and had it fixed within 15 min of showing up. They didn’t even charge me! Thanks again, fellas!!!

Chris and Cody at All Year have helped me out a number of times— from adding on a brand new AC system to replacing an old dryer end cap. Their expertise and customer service goes above and beyond each and every time… all at a fair price. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Super kind Cody came in and immediately knew what the problem was with our old 2006 heat pump system, RIP. Not only was it great to use their service coupon from the SmartShopper, they also have a $1000 off coupon as well for the bigger jobs. Chris, who I believe is the owner or co-owner, called me on the phone as well to support what Cody was telling me regarding what went on with our system and he was knowledgable and graceful in telling me the hard news. Just like a doctor telling families bad news about a loved one who didn't make it. These guys are experts, super straight forward, honest and hard working and they had a bid sent to me that afternoon considering my budget my budget.
