Sam was amazing! We had no hot water pressure in two of our faucets, and he quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repairs. He was extremely professional and friendly, and clearly explained what caused the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. On top of that, he was very gracious while my kids asked a thousand questions and kept wanting to show him their toys. Highly recommend!!

We had a serious clog in our kitchen sink and the water wouldn’t drain at all. Sam from All Ways Rooter came out and did an excellent job. He arrived right on time, was very professional, and took the time to carefully diagnose the problem. It turned out to be a pretty complicated blockage, and he spent quite a while working on it to make sure everything was properly cleared. What we really appreciated was how careful and detail-oriented he was. He worked very neatly, protected the area, and cleaned everything up when he finished. The sink is now draining perfectly. Sam also explained what might have caused the issue and gave us helpful advice to prevent it in the future. Great service, very professional, and clearly someone who takes pride in his work. Sam at All Ways Rooter is the best of the best. He is fast to respond and very thorough. He takes time to talk through different fixes and pricing. I met Sam as a third opinion on septic slowing problems on a 1960's house. He was the only plumber who took the time to fully explain the problem and potential solutions to me. We had a blocked sewer line problem, and as a result, our toilet was overflowing. The plumber who initially came only cleaned a part of it, and recommended that we need to replace the sewer line pipes under our front yard and porch. The cost estimate was very high. I called All Ways Rooter, and Sam immediately responded. He visited us right away, identified the cause of the block (it was grease) with his camera, and then used high-pressure water jet to clean the sewer line. The before and after videos provided the evidence for his good work. Sam is extremely professional, polite and transparent. He explained every step of his work, and then showed the result. I called the company in the morning and Sam came over in couple hours, right on time. He is knowledgeable and very patient with my questions. He solve the kitchen sink clog in 30 mins and check to make sure everything works. Price is reasonable. He also gave me tips to prevent it from happening again. Thanks

I had a badly clogged drain and really wasn't sure who to call. I've used plumbers in the past and always felt I was severely overcharged for the work performed, so I decided to Google: 'best honest plumbers in my area' ... I read a few reviews of purported good plumbers and decided to call All Ways Rooter. I definitely wasn't disappointed! I spoke with Sam on the phone and he was engaging, asked several questions about my predicament and we made an appointment. When he arrived, he was on time and once I showed him what was going on he got right to work. Once completed, he went above and beyond what I originally contracted for and checked other pipes in my home as well as the hot water heater. He was wonderful! I felt the charges were very reasonable and I will most definitely call him again if I need help with anything in the plumbing world! I have already mentioned his wonderful customer service and efficiency to two of my friends 'just in case' they ever need a plumber. Sam from All-Ways-Rooter arrived around 10 p.m. to help my partner and me rescue our cat, who had gotten stuck behind the electric water heater. We were completely stressed, but Sam stayed calm, professional, and kind throughout the whole ordeal. Thanks to his skill and patience, we not only got our cat back safely, but he also reinstalled the water heater and even installed a new shower head!
