Sam was amazing! We had no hot water pressure in two of our faucets, and he quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repairs. He was extremely professional and friendly, and clearly explained what caused the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. On top of that, he was very gracious while my kids asked a thousand questions and kept wanting to show him their toys. Highly recommend!!

Sam at All Ways Rooter is the best of the best. He is fast to respond and very thorough. He takes time to talk through different fixes and pricing. I met Sam as a third opinion on septic slowing problems on a 1960's house. He was the only plumber who took the time to fully explain the problem and potential solutions to me. He gave us both the best options and the best price for the work we needed. It feels like Sam saved our house.
