Sam was amazing! We had no hot water pressure in two of our faucets, and he quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repairs. He was extremely professional and friendly, and clearly explained what caused the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. On top of that, he was very gracious while my kids asked a thousand questions and kept wanting to show him their toys. Highly recommend!!

We had a blocked sewer line problem, and as a result, our toilet was overflowing. The plumber who initially came only cleaned a part of it, and recommended that we need to replace the sewer line pipes under our front yard and porch. The cost estimate was very high. I called All Ways Rooter, and Sam immediately responded. He visited us right away, identified the cause of the block (it was grease) with his camera, and then used high-pressure water jet to clean the sewer line. The before and after videos provided the evidence for his good work. Sam is extremely professional, polite and transparent. He explained every step of his work, and then showed the result.
