All Tx Waterproofing

During our remodel we had a window and side porch removed, and that meant our Tyvek waterproofing/housewrap was compromised. Our contractor installed new Tyvek wrap but just used Great Stuff spray foam around the edges instead of tying it in to the existing wrap properly. We knew that was done incorrectly but had a difficult time finding someone that specialized in such work to fix it. We found All Texas Waterproofing & Restoration online and spoke to Marcelino on the phone - he understood what needed to get done and was able to schedule us in quickly. Marcelino showed up on time as scheduled, and was able to cleanup/fix the Tyvek installation properly that afternoon, allowing us to proceed with the subsequent brick work with no delay. When tearing up all the floors in our house we discovered there was water coming in between the foundation slab and the bottom plate of the wall during heavy rains. We needed to protect our investment in the new flooring and get this sealed up. This was beyond my expertise and wasn't even sure who to call. I called a bunch of "waterproofing" companies, but Marcel called back promptly, came out the next day to meet with me, and knew exactly what to do to solve the issue. He was very professional throughout the process keeping me updated on the progress and always let me know when they would be on-site. He even took photos before, during and after to show what they did and made sure everything was put back and cleaned up as it should be when they finished. Had a persistent leak. Tried French drains and multiple repairs. I would dread rain in the forecast. Not anymore. Texas Waterproofing did some testing, put on some sealant, and I waited for rain. Well the rains have come and I’m still dry!
