The bexhill store 0 I went as I saw the pics on line. It looks nothing like the pics on line. It is a garage, filled hafe with tools for a garage, 2 tanks with fish and some products on a shelf that I couldn't get to as it was very small place and I can't get round. False advisement online. If I wasn't by my self I would have been ever uncomfortable.

Sadly although the website says it has freshwater and tropical fish etc...it does not

The team are super helpful and have been essential in helping me setup and maintain my marine tank. Ive pestered with many questions and they always seem very happy to help! I will happily spend my money here as i feel they are invested in the success of my new hobby! Hats off to the team!

Recently visited this newly opened fish shop in Kent. The staff were so friendly, very helpful and full of knowledge. The shop was bright and welcoming. The stock was great, nice range of dry goods from specialist products to the everyday bits and bobs. The live stock was well looked after and the tanks looked great, I will definitely be making a trip back once they have stocked their enormous coral tray!!!! Its a great new shop and well worth a visit

Very knowledgeable chap who owns the store who knows what he is talking about. Will be using them from now on as I'd rather give his business a boost than a nameless Internet mail order shop. Prices were great here for live stock and goods. They have a very impressive RO system and storage unit. Top marks.

Went along on mothering Sunday and was incredibly impressed at the level of stock and the knowledge the guys had really helped and also understood that budget was going to be an issue so had no problem in recommending 3 small corals rather than the one big one which the whole family picked out! Good advice too on keeping them and getting them to grow as well as best place to position in the tank with the lighting rig we have. Will definitely be back for more!

Ordered item Thursday evening, paid the "express next day delivery", not coming until Monday. I was not informed this was the case, so I have paid for next day delivery for a 4 day wait, I have asked for the delivery to be refunded, but they have failed to respond to that email. I could have ordered it elsewhere to arrive Monday, free delivery. The whole idea was to get it next day! I shall be raising a complaint with paypal if I am not refunded the "express" delivery cost.

Absolutely brilliant shop. Such good advice! Mitch and his dad really know their stuff even down to the simple fundamental details that really help the absolute or not so beginner. I honestly cannot recommend this establishment enough! Simply the best in the area! Try them for yourself or you'll regret it!

Fantastic Shop excellent customer service, the guys here really know what they are doing. All livestock is quarantined and checked before sale, they will go above and beyond to deliver that latest products and services you would expect. they offer a wide range of maintenance services for ponds and aquarium. very clean shop with a massively varied selection of dry goods, to suit all budgets, would and will recommend to anyone that hasn't been. keep up the good work guys :)
