Total Comfort came out today to check my AC unit and clean the compressor. Right on time, quick efficient and thorough service. I have used Total Comfort for my HVAC and Water Heater needs for a few years now. Dependable service and a fair price. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic service. Technician was very prompt and friendly. Knowledgeable and courteous. Total Comfort has taken care of my heating and air conditioning needs for a long time and I would strongly recommend them to anyone who desires quality service at reasonable prices.

Thorn Total Comfort installed a new furnace in 2017. This was an annual cleaning. Monique was the service pro. She was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions. She was neat and took care not to leave any mess. Would gladly recommend both Monique and Thorn Total Comfort for any HVAC service.

Great service had two complete systems installed one at my own house and one at my mom's they where on time and very polite to me and my family we did have a problem with the thermostat that we originally got and instead of giving us the runaround they stepped up and took care of the problem all I can say is they are a outstanding business no complaints from my family only happy faces. Hope you decide to let them into your home to take care of your family as I did!

Total Comfort NWI gave excellent service while diagnosing then replacing my malfunctioning furnace/air conditioning unit. I received a prompt and supportive response through customer service representative via their website at 4 am on a Saturday with an initial visit later that same morning. Customer Service notified me via text message and phone call of their arrival times. Their findings were explained fully given with great care to answer all questions giving education as needed to make sure that I understood the full picture. Time and care was given to understand my life style and needs to determine the options available for repair or replacement. While replacing the unit, these specialists were friendly and presented themselves in a non-rushed manner. They kept me informed of the operation during all phases of the replacement. They treated me and my home with respect. Very tidy and conscientious. Overall quality was exceptional. Their pricing for the emergency call and all their work was very reasonable. The replacement unit is of great quality. It was easy to see that they have pride in their service. I am very impressed with this company and recommend them to all. Thank you, guys, for your help and support!.

AWESOME!!! They called to let me know that Monique was coming. She was fun to talk with, told me how to check a couple things, and suggested, then installed a new part that made a HUGE difference instantly. She also made my outside unit cleaner than I think it has been since we had it installed. hahahaha I'm happy.

Great costumer service! Our furnace went out and its feeezing, they got someone out within hours, The technician was very knowledgeable!! Got our furnace fixed and made sure everything else was working great! Which is appreciated on a 27 year old machine!

Thorn Total Comfort cold called me (never used them before) to ask about doing an air conditioner check up/cleaning for $59. I just moved into my house so I figured what the heck $59 and they can come out clean this and let me know if everything is okay. We scheduled an appointment for 10am on Saturday. The next Friday I get an email confirming an appointment but its for 10am-12pm. They never mentioned the two hour window before. Oh well ill just sit here and wait.....12pm comes around and no one has shown up. Definitely do not recommend these people if you actually want your HVAC serviced on time. Edit: I have changed my rating because despite the fact that I never received service, management is clearly aware of the issue and has taken steps to insure this does not happen again. Thank you for taking the time to address my concern.

Joel came out to our home on 10/10/16. We were given the time window of 8 am to 10 am and Joel was there promptly at 8:05 am. Joel was polite and very professional. He was quickly able to identify the problem with our furnace; had it running a short time later and helped with our Nest Thermostat set up. Joel also gave our system a look over and answered questions I had about the heating system. He even informed me of a warranty on my furnace that I was unaware of. Joel was very helpful and I will definitely be using Thorn for my heating and cooling maintenance from now on.

Very unpleasant experience and unfrofessional. My furnace broke down and after scheduling a date for a new installation it was quickly cancelled and scheduled for a later date. Once that date came they were nearly 5 hours late. The technician said that he was late because a veteran had priority over me. No one asked if I was a veteran. I told the technician that I served in the Army and was deployed to Iraq. The two technicians were very sarcastic and offended my wife, my father in law, and my self with the comments they've made. It has been nearly a month now and I still have yet to receive a receipt after several requests.If I don't get the receipt soon, I will lose out on the NIPSCO rebates.The only positive things was that I was given electric heaters until the furnace was replaced and that the new furnace looks and works great. After this post I was contacted by the owner himself and the situation was promptly resolved. I do hope that this was an isolated incident and does not reflect the company as a whole. I have decided to replace the single star with 3 stars.
