โJoel came out to our home on 10/10/16. We were given the time window of 8 am to 10 am and Joel was there promptly at 8:05 am. Joel was polite and very professional. He was quickly able to identify the problem with our furnace; had it running a short time later and helped with our Nest Thermostat set up. Joel also gave our system a look over and answered questions I had about the heating system. He even informed me of a warranty on my furnace that I was unaware of.
