Jojo came to my house the same day I addressed my problem of my heat not working. He took his time to find the problem and to explain everything to us. He made sure all of our questions were answered, gave us options and set up repairs for the next day. Russell was the tech that came the next day. He also took his time to explain everything he was doing, set up our fancy blue tooth thermostat, he thoroughly cleaned our furnace, answered all or our questions and showed us before and after pictures since the furnace is in the attic. Both were very personable, honest with any problems, explained things in detail and didn’t try to upsell us on anything. I would definitely recommend them and scheduled for the yearly maintenance to use them again! Jojo also did a follow up call to make sure everything was working properly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I highly recommend All Star Air Pro! The owner (Russell) expertly diagnosed two HVAC units for me. He is knowledgeable, professional, and a great communicator. He performed a thorough diagnostic of both units and afterwards he clearly explained his findings in a way that was understandable. Russell also made reliable recommendations for next steps. And the prices are among the best I found when comparison shopping. I will not hesitate to use this company again.

It was late on January 30th in frigid weather with a snowstorm predicted to start & the heat went out. We contacted All Star Air Pros & were grateful that although it was very late they were able to come out quickly. They did an initial inspection & were able to restore the heat. But Sunday morning the thermostat seemed to revert to some unknown program & was in lock mode with the heat off & temperature dropping. Luckily I was able to text All Star Pros' JoJo Richards who instructed me to turn the furnace circuit breaker off & on to reboot the system. That was a godsend. Heat was again restored. On the next day our heating system was repaired & a new thermostat & the Air Scrubber System were installed. From beginning to end All Star Air Pros were extremely helpful. JoJo Richards introduced us to & explained the Air Scrubber System & made himself accessible on Sunday, providing a solution to keep the heat on until Monday when he returned to work on the system. The point being, All Stars Air Pro will do their utmost to take care of you. - & you don't get better than that.

He listened thoroughly to the details of what the problem was. We discussed where he was going and what time; as he was on a prior commitment. Communication was key and they went beyond. They fixed issue at my mom's house and was very very very extremely generous to my mom. She was comfortable with them fixing the issue. Great people..great company..Russell came out and diagnosed our problem quickly. He got the parts needed and came back out ASAP and fixed our heat. I placed the call late morning. I had three different types units that needed attention. Each had its own problem. The guys were at my house by the afternoon and left me with ice cold A/C. The gentlemen were just that,“Gentlemen”! They were up front and honest and let me make all of the decisions along the way. They did not pressure at all me and were fair with their pricing. I even bought an annual service plan to ensure that my business stays with them. It reminded me of days long ago when your money mattered, and you got what you paid for. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs A/C work.

I decided to help my friend in Summerton SC. Her HVAC unit stopped working on a very cold day. I called Russell Harshman who I found on Thumbtack. He & Russell diagnosed the unit to determine the TXV valve & filter dryer needed to be replaced. The part was under warranty so he located the part from Carrier. It took several days to have the part over nighted. He went back a 2nd time to complete the repair which was very time consuming. He guaranteed the parts & labor for 1 year. He really undercharged me not knowing the 2nd part was needed & they completed the job to perfection! Going forward I would not use any other company, they were so very nice! This company is the real deal!! Russell came to my house and did a full system and duct inspection. Sat with me for about 30 minutes to explain everything and answered all my questions! His quote was very reasonable! If you need an HVAC guy Russell is the man! His professionalism was top notch!!
