I live In keystone heights FL, and found George on craigslist. I had a very old jacuzzi brand hot tub that I brought from Jacksonville on a move.. He provided the control pack with heater /, a new light and installed it to my old system. It all went good and he showed up and did what he said he would do. Because of distance and circumstances, he had to delay install, but he informed me promptly and kept his word. The unit worked is it should but there was an issue with it flipping the groumdfault once in a while He came out on his own time several times and ended up replacing a defective heater..... Was not his fault ! Although he had to travel many miles several times and paid for the parts, he didn't charge me another penny. He did state that I was using too much bromine and showed me how it was damaging ihe heater element but provided all time and materials under the one year warranty......very happy!! It has been months since repair and one year since install and it works perfectly with no issues. He went out of his way to please me on a very difficult job on a very old tub. I give him 7 stars.... Highly recommend!

So glad I found All Spa Services. First, George was great to speak to about my pump issue. We have a Vita spa, a number of years old and one of the pumps was leaking. He quoted me a fair price to replace it. Aaron showed up in the time frame I was given, was very nice and pleasant. Replaced the pump and the job was done. I have them in my contacts to all for any future spa issues.

Do not use this company. After they charge you for the service call and advise they are ordering a part, you can barely get them to pick up the phone and schedule an appointment. When the problem was "fixed" $720 later, (the service tech said it was good to go) trying to get back in touch with the company is near impossible, they just send you to voicemail. When the hot tub did not heat up, it took writing a negative review for them to actually get back in contact with you. Then they kept saying it would take longer and longer for the hot tub to heat up. The hot tub used to heat up overnight. Now two days later, there is NO HEAT. Not even is it slightly heating up and it is set at a high temperature. Now they won't come fix the problem that they likely caused. Even though our pump needed to be replaced, the hot tub still did heat up. It was not until after they worked on the hot tub that it did not heat up. The owner, if it was really him, finally called upon the bad review, but will not own up to the fact that our heating element worked before their technician work on the hot tub and after they worked on it, it no longer heats up. If this has happened to anyone else, definitely report them to the BBB. If you paid more than $1,000.00, I would highly suggest filing a claim in small claims court. Someone has to hold these crooks accountable!

All Spas came out to check our hot tub very quickly which was great, but after the problem was “diagnosed” it all went downhill. They said they were ordering a part and then every time we tried to schedule with them they wouldn’t show up. This went on for two months. They clearly did not want to do the work, even after we paid them to look at it. They claimed they came to our house and we didn’t answer the door. My husband and I were both home all day AND have security cameras at our house in driveway and front door. No one EVER came to our house. The most recent time we tried to schedule with them to get it fixed, they claimed the hot tub didn’t need a new part just needed to be glued back together, so who knows what the actual problem was. We were given the run around for two months and we have finally given up. Would not recommend using this company because they are essentially scamming people. They take your money to come out and look at the hot tub and then never show up to fix it. Now we will have to pay another company to come and check it out and get it fixed.

Hello, my experience with All Spa’s was outstanding, they came out and diagnosed my problem quickly and ordered the parts I needed and got back to me even quicker. Erin was outstanding, he did a great job of replacing my motor and helping me out and teaching me a few things I didn’t even realize! You get a five star review from this customer All Spa’s. My top hot tub was shot out, but when they got a hold of it, they fixed it. I love it now.

I am happy to be the first to review. All Spas did an amazing job!! Our main motor that heats and services our hot tub started making louder noises and we knew there was a problem. I called several hot tub places to see if they could come to repair. None of them were willing to take on the task. Our hot tub is partially sunken into a deck and is very hard to service. I called All Spas to see if they could help. George was very helpful and seemed very professional. There were no reviews on this place but I decided to take a chance. They came out the same day to assess the hot tub. He did not charge for his service but diagnosed I needed a new motor. After he took off the side panel to the hot tub, you could see the motor was toast. He checked the other motors which were fine. He said he had a motor in the truck as this was common but we needed to drain the hot tub first as there was no cut out valve. He came back the next day to replace the motor…again in a sunken deck which of very difficult to get out the motor. But he was willing and able to get it done. I just want to say thank you for the quick response, the communication, and the quick action to get us back in service.

Came quickly, very efficient. Diagnosed the problem, had the part and fixed my spa. I had gone round and round with my spa insurance. Every place they had me call was either bogus or wouldn't call me back....this place was great. Spa fixed and running in 2 hrs.
