All Service A/C & Plumbing

Have been without an AC for a month and Anthony & Manny saved the day today, not only did they get my ac working quickly but they were extremely courteous and professional. We will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend!!

I've been without air conditioning for a month and a half. Twice this company sent techs to "fix" the problem by replacing the compressor and twice it has failed to work. Based on the results, the techs seems to lack knowledge and/or experience in this field. I've called every week for follow up and all I got was a "I don't know" response from every person I've spoken to (Lee, Keith, Lauren). Don't get me wrong, each of these people were very courteous. It's a RESOLUTION that I'm seeking. In the middle of 102 degree season, this type of service is absolutely unacceptable!

Hands down the most honest, quick, and responsive AC company I've had service my HVAC. No need to look any further! Luis went above and beyond to show me what the problem was and how to avoid other companies that may be shady. He was reliable--which is great being that the call was on a weekend--, thorough, and knowledgeable. He also took photis to help describe what was going on. I highly recommend All Service!

** Update 02/07/2024 ** I have had consistently excellent service from this company, and so naturally turned to them to quote for a new system. Our system had been in the house since we bought it and was on the way out. Crystal was our technician for our fall tune up and gave an honest and fair appraisal - suggesting it was time to replace our aging unit rather than pay for costly repairs. From the time we got our quote to the time our new system was installed was less than 48 hours and we couldn't be happier. The install was performed by Leo and Omar. They arrived early, were polite professional and the install was quick, clean, and looks great! ** Original review ** Incredible experience from start to finish. Our A/C unit started making some horrible noises right before the weather was about to heat up, and so I called All Service after reading their great reviews. They bent over backwards to schedule me an appointment on a busy Friday, and Johnny and TJ arrived promptly. I really appreciated how they send a text when they're on their way letting you know who is going to be attending. They were polite, friendly and super fast, diagnosing the problem and making the repair while clearly explaining everything along the way. My A/C is now blowing colder than I can remember and I could not be happier with the service I received. 100% recommend and will definitely be using for my regular maintenance. Thank you!

Last night we noticed our AC was out. It was late but we decided to call the on-call technician, Louis, and he came right out to our house and did a thorough check of our system. He found several issues, showed us pictures of the problems (frayed writing, corroded parts, refrigerant low), and fixed them on the spot. I cannot recommend Louis highly enough - he is fantastic and we are grateful for his expertise and help last night! We have been using All Service for many, many years for good reason - they are reliable, fair, honest, and fast. Thank you!!

Today(5/9/24)we have our AC service came to my house, and we were so blessed we have Julian looked at our AC. He is so respectful, well mannered and very honest worker .Julian so knowledgeable with his job, He checked step by step and explained everything what he did. My husband and I were so please to have Julian to looked at our AC. He is a wonderful person and a good worker from All Service company, Julian is a good asset of his company.. I would also like to thank Meghan and Liza for being so alert, and helpful. I am so happy to choose and to be member of All Service A/C & Heating. They’re all wonderful people and trustee company. Keep up the good job Julian!! You’re the best!!

A few weeks ago, one of our AC units went out and Luis did a great job helping us get it working again. He was courteous and professional, and tenacious working in our attic through a hot Texas summer afternoon. Luis was also wise enough to call for help when he figured two people were required to finish the job. Crystal showed promptly and together they got the cool air flowing. Thanks to both of these fine people Another AC problem occurred last night. I was able to contact All Service late in the evening and they promptly scheduled a technician today. That technician (James) showed on time and texted me when on the way. He was also professional and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem and came up with a simple fix to the issue in record time. Although it is no fun to have these issues with our AC, the experience with the All Service team was excellent!

Wow! What a great Spring Service check! I was lucky enough to run into these guys at the home and garden expo at the Alamo dome. They offered a free Spring Check so I signed up. I'm new to the area and I wanted to make sure everything was running properly so I wouldn't be surprised later. The scheduling system sent a text with a picture of the technician which I thought was very nice. Johnny shows up, asks all the right questions and was AMAZING!! So knowledgeable, very thorough and a complete professional. He helped me understand my system and how to take care of it. Turns out everything was great, its been taken care of, its high quality and everything was installed correctly (great piece of mind after just moving in). I even have a report with pictures of everything they checked. Not like I'm expecting it but they've earned my future service. I'll call them right back if anything comes up! Most might roll their eyes at a free service from a trade show...but I'll be a customer for life if the level of service I received continues to be of such high quality. Johnny was fabulous! He answered all of my questions (I had lots!!) and explained everything he was doing for my spring tune-up. He was so good, I signed up for the membership. I really appreciate the care and patience he showed, especially as a first time homeowner. It was great to be able to really understand what maintenance was needed. He was super kind, and one of the few service professionals in the past year or so that didn’t talk down to me or belittle me for my lack of knowledge. As a female customer, that is sadly very rare, in this world, so it makes it even more appreciated when it happens. Huge thanks!

We have been using All Service for almost 2 years now. They are always on time, easy to work with, and have friendly office and technicians. We usually just have them do regular checkups and cleaning but have had them also redo/fix a botched install by another company (AireTech). While all our technicians have been good, on our recent checkup we had a new technician, Crystal. Crystal was great. She confirmed everything she was here to do, asked us to get our thermostat set and got to work. She took the time to explain how everything was going, where she found concerns, and explained them clearly and how important or time sensitive they were. When my partner got home Crystal took the time to explain everything again to her. We were incredibly happy with her level of knowledge, work, the time she took in answering questions, and letting us know what things we just need to pay attention to.
