UPDATED 9/3/25. Justin, thanks for making the patio right. The old patio was completely removed, re-graded, and re-installed with tighter gaps between the stones and a different base-layer aggregate. I am now satisfied at with their service. OLD REVIEW:
They installed a flagstone patio but used the incorrect aggregate (they used sand) as the base layer. The result is that the concrete didn't bond correctly and has come loose between the flagstones. I was told that project manager who did the install in Sept 2024 is no longer with their company. They recognized the problem and attempted a partial repair (we are still under the 1-year warrantee) but only after a long delay and multiple phone calls. The attempted repair also didn't last and after just 3 weeks has already failed. The worker who did the partial repair, and who noticed that the incorrect base layer (sand) was used, told me he relayed the details of our situation to the company management. We're still under warrantee and now are still waiting for a call back. I will be happy to update this feedback when the repair is completed satisfactorily.
