Didn't communicate at all . They put in a water shut off valve . Was supposed to plug it in didnt I waited and texted and called 5mos later got a bill . And I got lucky my insurance past me .

My wife and I came up to our cabin here in the Tahoe area and had not one, but two leaking pipes in our ceiling between floors. The first company that we called never showed up and didn't bother to say anything! The next morning, I called "ALL PLUMBING SERVICES " and he arrived before noon!
