Attended a property today where the boiler had stopped working and was showing an F28 fault code.
After carrying out diagnostics, the issue was traced to a blocked pressure sensor, which was preventing the boiler from firing correctly. The sensor was removed, cleaned and the system checked over to ensure everything was operating safely.
Boiler reset and tested and now running normally again with heating and hot water restored.
Faults like this can often be caused by debris or system contamination, which is why regular servicing is important.
