All Haul Septic Quesnel

Just wanted to comment on the fantastic service I received, not even as a paying customer. I rolled into the shop right before end of day with a desperately dry motorcycle chain. All the other shops were closed, but not these guys! From the kind lady who I initially approached for assistance, to the guy who came out just to see my bike, everyone was super friendly. Neil at All Haul went out of his way to come out and grease my chain for me as an act of kindness. Good employees are the backbone of a business and Neil was an absolute gem. I imagine he brings the same worth ethic to things that are actually his job! Thank you again to the team :)

The Team were wonderful, they fit us in at short notice and understood our problem immediately. They provided a wealth of information and assisted us to resolve our underlying issue as well. Had a problem with our septic tank and field. The owner himself came out to assess the situation just an hour after my call for help. He spent time explaining what the problems could be and called for their pumper truck which arrived the same day. The pumper operator was extremely friendly as were the two gentlemen who came out and flushed our septic pipes. I was very happy with their services ,and plan on using ALL HAUL for a number of repairs around my property in the spring!

This review is late but very needed! The employees at All Haul were absolutely wonderful. We live in Prince George and found it in every way better to deal with this business. we’re so glad we did. They not only made things very easy, they are very reasonably priced and everyone was friendly and helpful! Strongly recommend! Thanks again for all your help back in the end of July! We really appreciated it!

Never showed up when he said like 5 times, then finally got someone to come look and we made a plan to access the work but then the owner shows up and changes the plan and starts moving my stuff around in garage and telling me too move my stuff for his greasy lines to run through despite the plan for outside access and shorter distance which is how it was finally done in the end. The disrespect he showed me was mind blowing and insulting me in my own home. The crew that work for him are great but i would never call this company again.

The advice I received from the staff was excellent, the service I received was prompt and drivers were courteous. We got rid of all our old, rotten wood, scrap metal & misc. garbage. The amount they charged was reasonable. All Haul will be our first call next time we need to do clean up around our house / yard.

I have been using All Haul for nearly three years since buying a new rural property. On two separate occasions they have reworked their day to attend and help with two septic disasters, providing diagnostic services and advice to make it more reliable. The staff are professional, reliable, and get the job done!

We learned a crucial piece of piping had broken off inside our septic tank when it was drained. I called the office to see if they could help... Even though she said they were very busy and booked solid for a while... "Kim" from All Haul was on it! Within about an hour or less, she had guys on the way. They were very professional and efficient, went the extra mile for us as well. The price was very reasonable for what the job entailed. I would highly recommend using their services!
