I had a great experience with Jimi at All Gone Pest Control. He was friendly, showed up on time, and made me feel comfortable right away. He explained what he was doing without overcomplicating things and answered all of my questions patiently. I never felt rushed, and he was very thorough, which I really appreciated.
Since he came out, Iβve already noticed a big improvement, and itβs been such a relief. Itβs not always easy finding someone you can trust in your home, but Jimi was professional and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend him and All Gone Pest Control.

Jimi is great! He responded very quickly to my initial enquiry and was really clear with all my communication with him. He got rid of the rat problem with 3 visits and can definitely recommend him. Worth having a pest problem to discover a trustworthy guy who cares about his job! :)
